We wanted to try the wine and loved the bonus of beautiful art to enjoy! The lovely John (not the father, not the son...) poured us a splash of their bubbles and we were sold. We purchased a bottle to share on their pretty parklet with comfortable lounge seating. Some friends happened to walk by and joined the fun. Love this town! As we were finishing our bubbles, John poured us a splash of the Serendipity that he had opened and we couldn't resist. It's a unique and serendipitously delicious blend, a co-ferment of Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir from the same vineyard. It's a light, fruit-forward, easy-to-drink red. We each bought a few bottles! We'll be back!

The restaurant is the building to the left as you enter as well as the museum. We ordered the 3 course menu with wine pairing for what I thought was a great price. I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed the wine pairings. The crab fritter with caviar: 3.5 stars. It was a fried potato ball with minimal crab. The caviar and accompanying sauce is what made the dish. The mushroom risotto: 3 stars. Perhaps it's because I don't care for risotto - too moist for rice. However the flavor was good, albeit a little salty. The mushroom were cooked for perfection and delicious, wish I had more. The salmon with broccolini:3 stars. cooked to order. I like mine well done due to preventions of parasites. But it was still moist. The accompanying sauce did not help flavor much but I guess I could have put more salt. I really enjoy the veggies in the dish. The broccolini was cooked the way I like and the rings of squash were tender and sweet. The hubby got the beef shoulder for his third course:5 stars. Tender and falls apart much like a pot roast. Flavorful as well. Apple tart and ice cream: 4 stars. I actually enjoyed the dish. Not too sweet. You can taste all the flavors and texture. They closed the buffet, which is absolutely devastating and the café didn't have much to eat. In my opinion it was overpriced. We ordered some soup and fries and a salad. Next time I came, I ate in the actual big room and had a prime rib. It was delicious, but I ordered it medium and it was well. The potato with all the fixings was absolutely delicious and the vegetables were super fresh like out of the garden fresh and good they had all the sides and service was decent when I found out that they were out of prime rib after my order I was pretty forgiving and just happy I got it. When the check came, I was charged $51. The prime rib is $28 and I had about five bucks on my card. So I had to wait for a manager to get it fixed that was quite disappointing. Besides that the casino paid me pretty well and I even walked out with a brand new blender. I'm always a fan of the rock. They let me play for hours on not too much money.

Step inside and get a sense of being inside the artist's studio, with fresh oils on the palette, used brushes, and a piece of artwork being created before your eyes. Then take a few minutes and get to know the artist, Brad, and his much much better half Jess. They are amazing people, warm and genuine, with an obvious zest for life and the good times. This place and these people are the personification of Sonoma Wine Country. We will never not visit when we are in town.
