We wanted to try the wine and loved the bonus of beautiful art to enjoy! The lovely John (not the father, not the son...) poured us a splash of their bubbles and we were sold. We purchased a bottle to share on their pretty parklet with comfortable lounge seating. Some friends happened to walk by and joined the fun. Love this town! As we were finishing our bubbles, John poured us a splash of the Serendipity that he had opened and we couldn't resist. It's a unique and serendipitously delicious blend, a co-ferment of Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir from the same vineyard. It's a light, fruit-forward, easy-to-drink red. We each bought a few bottles! We'll be back!

I went in because I was going to treat myself to something special on my birthday but I vowed to never go back in this shop. A little friendliness goes a long way! I was impressed there was a chardonnay I liked- the type fermented with concrete as opposed to French oak. Since, there was no savignon blanc. There were also various blends of reds and a Cabernet Franc varietal of rose I enjoyed. Ultimately, we were having fun in here tasting, discussing wine and telling stories with lots of laughter. For a boutique wine, the price points are very reasonable. The kink theme was amusing to us and of course our tasting room associates made this so fun! We sat outside on the covered patio out front to enjoy the beautiful evening while tasting :) The 6 we tried: - 2021 Chardonnay: light and crisp- hard to believe it was really a Chardonnay! Although that apple flavor gave it away. I could drink a bottle of this on the beach. Bought a bottle. - 2021 Rose: very light and refreshing. Easy to drink and wonderful floral smell and flavor. - 2020 Pinot Noir: ended up buying a bottomless. Delicious! Had an interesting black cherry undertone to the flavor. - 2017 Cab Franc: tasted great, had a really unique spicy finish, which worked so well with the spiced almonds - 2016 Cab Sauv: this tasted like drops of blueberries and blackberries. And it's a go-to stop for gift purchasing (we've purchased board books from here to send to friends who've had babies!). They sell so many treasures! Of course they sell books, but they also sell vinyl records, local art (custom dog paintings caught our eye!!!), games, and more. On our recent visit, we enjoyed looking through their many board games. Need to add a new one to our collection soon. Thanks Levin for keeping books and vinyl alive, and to supporting awesome local artists! We'll be back again soon!

Don't despair, Levin also has an art gallery and sells records and CDs. There are many pages of writing in folders called books. These 'books' are placed on tables and shelves according to category, with signs that require even more reading. Levin's is a wonderland of great books, and so inviting. A clerk spent 15 minutes with us giving useful suggestions for our summer reads collection. There truly is something for everyone here. Except wine. It's good to buy a couple of books for a long plane ride, or other situations where your cell battery died & you might otherwise be forced to observe your surroundings or interact with another human. LOL Please support this local family business before Amazon finds out they exist.
