I just left this business and I am very disappointed. I was charged $10 for them to take off my…read morenail polish on my toes! I could have had someone do this for me (I can't because I am recovering from a back injury.) But that's not my main problem. I told this woman before she even started that my toe was hurting could she check and remove hangnail. I know she heard me but said nothing... so after she removed my polish and spritzed my toes I said something about her checking for hangnails... she said that service is done only if I get a pedicure. Why didn't she tell me this when I first asked her? So beware... no polish change, just the removal of my old nail polish.
