Terrible. Terrible. My nails look like baby nails. Did not even cover my entire nail bed with powder. This is my 3rd try here. First time was great. 2nd time was bad and thought maybe it was a bad day. After today I will NEVER return. I pointed it out to her and she mumbled something and kept going. read more

Worst manicure I have ever had! It was done in a rushed manner with no attention to detail or professionalism and this was a fifty dollar manicure! read more

I have been coming here for the past several years and always have the best service. My pedicures are always the best no matter who gets them done. I always opt for the gel spa, they spend at least an hour just massaging my legs and feet. Today was no different, it's a Sunday and they were very busy but it did not stop the wonderful service I received! Thank you all for a great job! read more

This was my second time visiting this nail salon. The first time my husband and I got a pedicure. Mine was fine but the technician cut my husband's nail way too deep.... It was bloody and he complained about it for days (the pain that is). Honestly,... and stupidly I wrote it off. I came back to this "salon" about a year later to see if they had gotten any better. (I don't make my decision off of places by just going once). I got a medicure and pedicure both with gel polish. I had a small chip on my index finger the same day I got it done. I was going to go by the salon to get them to repair it but... honestly my schedule did not allow for it. I wrote off this as me just being "to rough". I had another small chip in another nail a few days later. At this point I started to become annoyed... because let's be real... why did I pay $90 for my nails to be chipping within DAYS of me getting them done. My last straw was less than a week after I got them done I had a HUGE chip gone from my left thumb nail. I'm not even left handed! My left hand just chills for the most part lol All that being said I have paid for gel polish on my finger nails MANY times in my life and I have never had this crappy of a job done. I even gave them a second chance... which tells me ...... it's a pattern. Would not recommend read more

Slow down your service, we are paying customers who still thrive in this expensive world. Yet, we continue to keep you in business by getting our nails done this is (Gel polish) or so they say! I am on day 5 and my nails SUCK!! I came in my birthday July 9th to get my nails done with an appointment and 2 hours later I had to return to fix my right cracked and lifting polish. Now, on day 5 my left thumb is cracked and lifting. I say in conferences all week so NO, there wasn't house keeping going on!! I don't recommend this people. Please spend your money else where and please spread the word. REMEMBER: Quality over quantity always comes out on top! And you do not have Quality work because you're too focused on how fast you can get it done!! read more

I got gel mani done here on Wednesday 06/08/22. As my understanding gel nail should last up to two weeks, but my nail chipped on Saturday 06/11/22 which was three days after I got my nails done from this salon. When the lady nail tech gave me a dry mani without soaking my nails in a bowl of water that supposedly, but didn't happened. She finished my gel mani within 15 minutes, no wonder my nails chipped and all my nails just peel off within a week, Bad nail job and Bad quality. Very unfriendly people there too. No one tell you that you need to sign in at all when you walk in, you just learned that from people come in regularly and when you asked the employee there just say yeah like you suppose to know. Very bad customer service. read more

This use to be the secret hidden gem in town and loved going. Today I spent $85 (not including tip) on the laziest pedicure I've ever gotten, and nails so disappointing I am embarrassed by them. They look like my 5yo did them for me. The shape is just horrible, the color is nothing like I wanted, and the lines are just pathetic not to mention it's considered a design that I paid extra for. I asked three different times to finish the "lines" with silver after I explained 4 times before what I wanted. 3 Glittery red nails, 1 glittery silver, 1 matte candy cane stripped with silver lining the white. read more

I would give a better review because I did like my gel nail, however the totally fucking changed my tip from $10 to 20. Mind you I called before I went and after I found out the price was not matching what I paid in store. It's $55 for a gel nail manicure and a regular manicure on natural nails, I paid $65 with my tip but I was charged $75.55. I called after and asked specifically how much it would be INCLUDING taxes, the lady said $55 period! Unfortunately my card didn't refund for whatever reason so please whatever you do either pay with cash or get a receipt. Screw these people never again will I get ripped off giving a tip. read more

Did a good job on my nails but after they did my pedicure they left me to sit for an hour and a 1/2 before they remembered I was also booked for a manicure. They need to work on their waiting system as I wasn't the only customer who was forgotten during my 3 hour and 30 min stay. read more

If you want to be respected and treated as a valued customer DO NOT GO TO BEAUTE NAILS! I will not go here again! read more

If I could put ZERO stars I would. Only one guy in there knows what he is doing. I got a full acrylic set and they looked like crap. Went back got them done again with the one guy that knew what he was doing and they turned out good. My sister in law also got regular dip nails on her natural nails and they literally popped off she went back in and got them redone and they POPPED OFF AGAIN!!!! DO NOT GO HERE. I hate to bash a local business but this is ridiculous and a complete waste of money! read more

I used Beaute all the time while living in Foley. We moved almost a year ago. While in Foley last week iI decided to stop by. It was the worst manicure ever! I had a powder dip on Tuesday; by Thursday it was coming off!! If it wasn't so far to travel I would have gone back and had them redo all my fingers! Someone needs to go in for more training. She did a horrendous job! read more

My husband and I went on 06/11/21 and we had gotten pedicures, and I was getting my nails done I asked if I could get sns and then get a design drawled on just because I hate the way acrylics are they hurt my fingers. Well the old man who did my feet also did my nails, he Said he would have to do gel so I was like okay that's fine. Well he had acrylics over my skin my nails were supposed to be oval and they was so crooked and uneven that I had to file them when I got home. I originally asked for flames, and he did lines so I got so upset I told him to just paint them. I'll put pictures below. Anyways I called them and asked to speak to Ryan the owner and told him what happened and asked if I could get a refund cause they messed my nails up so bad I refused to have them touch my nails again. And they hung up on me. So today 6/13/21 I peeled them off cause they hurt my fingers so bad they were so crooked and uneven, the acrylics were on my skin. I spent 127 total together, to not even get what I wanted. read more

I literally just walked out of the nail salon. Two of my nails are a mess! The guy that did my nails did not know what he was doing. The owner ( I think) was sitting next to him watching and had to come over and refile my nails. I was in there 1 1/2 hours just to get a dipped powder manicure. The guy doing my nails tried to fix the two that are messed up and just ended up putting more topcoat on them. Then when he checked them they were still wet and he messed one of them up again and wanted to redo it again! I said no, enough was enough. I will go home and fix it myself. I have been here before and they did a fine job. I just don't think the guy that did my nails should be doing nails! I will come back but WILL NOT let this young man touch my nails again! And, I should not have been charged full price for this. Very sad and upset right now! read more
