I brought my car in a bit early to assess how busy they were and saw a thriving business. The front desk was friendly and I waited patiently until my car was done. A technician came out with a surprise howeve; my brakes would need over $800 worth of service as soon as possible or they would be metal on metal which seemed odd since they worked beautifully and didn't sound any differently. I took my car home and the next morning my tire was still leaking. I don't know what to make of this except maybe I needed to tell the tech to repair the hole they agreed was in the tire? I'm just not sure, but I was not impressed. Courteous yes, but technically there's something off.
