Don't go here for a vehicle. They sold us a truck that needed over $3k in repairs and I have had friends say the same exact thing.

Repairs we paid for were shoddily done or not done at all It was a happy day when we stumbled onto R&L. Adam in the service department is AMAZING, honest, more than fair, doesn't take shortcuts, does great work and tells it like it is. The thing I really appreciated is he didn't bad mouth the other shop's work and lack thereof, he just explained how and why he would fix what was going on. In a short period of time he had everything safe and working as it should. . When we made the decision to go with a vintage travel trailer we sold the coach knowing that it was safe and in good working order. So now we're back for round two with a vintage travel trailer. I'm thrilled with the suggestions made and the work being done. I highly recommend R&L RV's.

We were looking for a nice rv to live in for the next 6mo while our house is being built(yay…read moreright?) so we had a smaller budget but needed something spacious enough for two adults and two dogs. We searched high and low online and decided to go to a dealer. So we stumbled upon R and L rv, and Craig showed us at least 8 rv's that were within our price range and we found the one! Upon buying it they did a lengthy inspection of it, fix the minor things, cleaned it fabulously! Would have earned 5 stars but after leaving their place we noticed one of the taillights is out...

The business manager who handled our sale completely changed the way he talked to us after we declined the warranty and became very short with us. A few days later, we went to pick up our RV and discovered that multiple things were broken. We were told to just take the RV home, use it for the summer, and then they would fix it. We did not want to do that, so we asked them to fix the issues before we took it home. They added a few screws to broken fixtures and then sent us on our way saying they needed to order parts. Mind you this was a BRAND NEW RV we bought. We were told the parts had been ordered. Two months later, we still haven't received the parts for the broken items we were dealing with. We tried calling to find out what was going on, but nobody knew what we were talking about. Eventually, we were told that the repairs had been declined. (Even though we were given work orders for everything) Now we're being given the runaround again and are waiting to hear something back. Extremely disappointed with this entire experience. I will be telling everyone I know who is in the market for an RV to avoid this place.

We drove from Monroe to make the purchase, because Open Road RV Monroe, had the exact same trailer for sale for several thousand dollars more, an exceptionally rude sales staff, and no willingness to negotiate at all. At the time of our trailer purchase, we had the pleasure to meet Shawna, the service manager. Shawna was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with, and advised us to call her if any service needs arose, or we had any questions, regarding accessories for our trailer. We had a water holding tank issue with our trailer this Spring, and called Appleway RV, to have the problem taken care of. I was pleased to learn that Appleway RV, had the good sense to retain Shawna in the service department. Shawna was able to work with my schedule, to get our trailer in, and advised that she would have the problem diagnosed, and keep me apprised. Shawna did just that, contacting me, to let me know the repair was covered under warranty, that repair parts had been ordered, and that the repairs would be made as soon as the parts were delivered. A couple of weeks later, Shawna called me to schedule a pickup time for me. Upon arriving, Shawna greeted me, fully explained the repair, and again advised me to contact her, if any service issues needed to be addressed, or if she could be of any help. Excellent customer service. Thank you again Shawna. Appleway RV, was smart to retain you as a team member! Steve, happy purchaser of a Rockwood 2506S.

There were several issues found when we did our walk through. The tabletop was not correct so you could not convert the table into a bed. One of the cabinet doors had been severely damaged that they claimed had already been ordered and would be shipped to us once received. The shower had a leak that they supposedly fixed. We got the tabletop in a somewhat reasonable time the shower leak I had to repair once we found they had failed to do so. The cabinet door never arrived. Talked to John the salesman several times about the cabinet door we were told it could take some time to get it. A year later no door. John has since retired. I tried calling to talk to someone yesterday no call back. We have had worse experiences with other dealers this is why they are getting three stars instead of a one star. I know the dealer did not create the problems, but they failed to deliver on the repairs as promised.

I was supposed to have my title within a week or so, but instead I'm getting the run around. I'm stuck in Texas waiting to register my rig, and I can't go anywhere because they have dropped the ball on getting the title to me. They sent my title to the wrong place after I made an extra trip to sign paperwork to change where it should be sent. I'm trapped here because they won't get it together and figure out how to expedite my title. At this point, I can't recommend sending your business here. Really hoping they will help me out and get on it. Update || 6.16.17 || Well, I just received my title in the mail after four months!! Relieved to have it in hand. Mike was helpful throughout the process, despite it testing all of our patience and frustrations sometimes making their way through. Tara, the woman who originally sent my title to the California DMV wound up being relatively unhelpful. There was a point I called her six times over the course of two weeks leaving voicemails, and I didn't hear back from her. I'm not sure what her situation is, but having sent my title to the wrong place and then not making the effort to call back and help get it sorted through didn't leave me with a great impression. Perhaps she has other things going on that made it a challenge. I wound up having to send in a request of release to the California DMV instructing them to call me for a mailing address, and they sent it to me. All in all, I really appreciated Mike's help. I wish the title had been sent to the correct address in the first place, but what're you gonna do? If I'd received better service from Tara, I would make this a five star review. But the fact remains that the error was made, I was given justifications instead of apologies, and left much of the time to sort out someone else's error on my own.

When those two months came and passed I called asking for an update. after confirming my information I was informed that the person who handled their titles was out of the office. This was the beginning of over a year of calling them and receiving the same run around. He was always out of office. I even asked what hours he would be in and called at the appropriate time only to be told the same spiel. I live an hour and a half away and after six months of getting the run around I went in and all they did was offer to give me fresh temporaries. This was only a bandaid for a wound that needed stitches. Soon after I was able to get in touch with their title person who, I found out, was one of the owners. He gave me more excuses about how there was a hold up with the DOL. I waited patiently for another six months before finally being beyond fed up and filed a complaint with the Washington DOL. I was then pointed towards filing a claim against their dealership bond. It was only after I filed a claim against their dealership bond that they got me my title and plates, two days after they had been contact by the bond. What this tells me is that they had the ability to get me my title and plates before this due to the speed at which they were able to acquire them when they were threatened with financial liability by the bond agency. In the end, I received my title and plates in Feburary of 2026. This was beyond unacceptable. I have never written a bad review but have been so incensed by the entire ordeal that I felt it was my duty to inform others before they make the same mistake I did by doing business with this auto dealership. Believe it or not, this is the spark notes of the entire process I was forced to go through to use the vehicle I had purchased.
