I got a hot latte and it was delicious. The coffee was rich and it was just the perfect amount of foam.

DO NOT PAY FOR DELIVERY…read more We paid extra to have our order delivered to our hotel and used the restaurant's order-ahead option. We scheduled the delivery for 9:20 a.m., but by 8:40 a.m. the app showed it had already been delivered. The problem? There was no food at our hotel room. I tried contacting the delivery driver by text, but never received a response. It was incredibly frustrating, especially after leaving a generous tip. We later found out the driver had left the food at the hotel but never told the front desk which room it was for, even though they had all of the delivery information. As a result, our food just sat there until we eventually had to go down and get it ourselves. In the end, I paid for a delivery service that I never actually received. Instead of enjoying the convenience we paid for, we had to track down our own order. Based on this experience, I would not recommend paying for delivery. If you're ordering from this restaurant, save your money and pick it up yourself. I paid for a service, but I did not receive what I paid for. Then to make it worse the breakfast sandwich was just OK. Nothing to write home to mom about. To say the least we will not be ordering her again and would not recommend this restaurant.

There was a lot of natural light in the coffee shop, definitely a visually-appealing, 'aesthetic' place. I got an iced red tea and it was delicious. The tea was botanical, smooth and fragrant. Amazing experience! Excited to come back and try the coffee and pastries, which looked super fresh.

It seems like there's also an upstairs but did not get the chance to check it out. I got an iced latte with their almond macadamia milk, and they're also so nice to do complimentary cold brew! So we got an extra drink for free. Trying the iced latte, it was pretty disappointing lol. I thought it would be similar to like a Hawaiian style latte with macadamia milk, but it was a lot lighter than I thought. It was definitely very nutty, but it also just tasted like water down latte. Honestly not much going on with the drink, but it does taste lighter in general. Crazy have to pay $1.50 more to add on this milk. Overall, its alright. I do like the natural lighting coming into the shop, but nothing too special.

The wifi is pretty good, for those doing work there including being able to handle Zoom meeting. I've had their regular coffee and their Cortados, maybe one day I'll try one of their specialty drinks. I've had their wife range of food including their baked goods (Dubai Croissant, Almond Croissant and Cinnamon Danish) all of which were fresh and tasty. I've had tried their chicken and beef shawarmas, sharing them with friends, and those were better than I thought they'd be. This place has friendly staff, and the place has more character than the big coffee companies who shall remain nameless.

It has a very serene and relaxing atmosphere with a beautiful Pakistani and Middle Eastern inspired feel that makes it a nice little escape from the busyness of the city. I also enjoyed their desserts. They have a nice variety of cakes and other sweets, so there are plenty of options to choose from. Just expect them to be quite sweet. The service was decent and fairly self service. You grab your own plate, enjoy your food, and then drop everything off near the trash area when you are finished. The location is also a big plus. It is right in the middle of some of San Francisco's busiest streets and neighborhoods, with many popular sites within walking distance. Overall, it is a nice spot to slow down, enjoy some coffee and dessert, and take a little break from the city.

Here is what I found after having the one from B Patisserie: Pro: compote-ish filling, albeit very little of it, with no actual fruit so I couldn't tell if it was apple or pear. If they had included actual fruit that would've been a game changer for me. Or even more of it--with cinnamon. - there is indoor seating, which is nice if you're looking for that. Cons: - price point. Arsicault's KA is $5.50, compared to the $7 apiece here. I get it, the rental space is bigger and there is seating as opposed to the grab and go nature of Arsicault. I can do without seating. For the price differential, without more filling, the difference is immaterial for me so its higher price doesn't justify itself to me. - slightly smaller in size to Arsicault's round perfection of a KA - no real center of spongy soft goodness bc they fold it in at the outside and the pastry dips in the middle so you have less pastry. While both KA are good, I would say Arsicault wins out on overall taste. There is more to enjoy bc it's bigger, so the outer layer of caramelized crispness contrasts the soft, spongy filling. B Patisserie has the crispy outside but it's folded in at the edges for presentation and dips in the middle so there is less pastry that it's mostly just crispy with a small middle of filling. Good but overall, Arsicault is much more satisfying with a good cup of coffee for me.
