But ...Aaron didn't inform me until I ASKED. When I asked for some sort of reimbursement, Aaron said a potential customer had tested the bike...during the test ride- this unknown customer had gone in for a bubble tea. The bike was stolen during that stop, but the customer promised to pay $450 (Aaron told me the $450 had been received...) As the go-between I asked him to pay me this at least for my very expensive bike. He didn't answer. I asked for $400. He didn't answer. I waited and asked again... he didn't answer. I called the shop... I'm dissatisfied and disappointed with the service if it means that's the store. If not, then perhaps someone used your identity as a mobile repairman???
