Although the staff is pretty non-engaging overall (for it appears they are tasked with what seems is the relentless job duty of unboxing and tagging new merchandise in addition to working registers), this store was our "one and done" stop in looking for medical scrubs for my niece. The store is practically bursting with full-full-full racks of scrubs in various colors and styles from many brands. Bursting! They almost need a larger store. Things are pretty organized and we did not have the problem finding the sizes that we need. Your only challenge is probably going to be to narrow down the handful of pants or tops that all look the same, but are from different brands, but probably fit differently, to decide which ones you want. They have two fitting rooms. In short, if you need scrubs, you will go here and be one and done. read more

Will absolutely never ever ever shop here ever again. I purchased two sets of scrubs three weeks ago for a new job. Turns out I can only wear specific colors so I came in to do an exchange. I had tags on and my receipt was connected to my account. They would not allow me to do an equal exchange for the same exact brand of scrubs in a different color because it was past 14 days. I was not asking for any cash back, just to switch out for the colors I need for work. Absolute waste of money on scrubs I'll never be able to wear again and they lost a customer that was planning on purchasing many more sets there in the future. Extremely disappointed. read more

Nice selection of scrubs but the employees here don't have the best customer service. You get followed around in the store and they aren't even friendly or greet you. They just awkwardly stare at you and only ask if you're ready to check out or take your clothes to the fitting room. They just chat in the front and so awkward when checking out. Went there to look around at first. I was helped by Joseph. He was both professional, friendly and funny! He made me feel welcomed. He really knew his stuff. Not only the differences between the brands but how things would fit me best. I was in before and asked for a specific color, I was told then to look around, that everyone had that color; turned and left me. Joseph took me to each station and worked with me. I was hesitant to try this place due to the bad reviews but I don't understand why there's so many bad reviews. I arrived 1 hour before closing and I was greeted by a lovely woman and was asked immediately if I was shopping for something specific or just browsing When it came to trying on the scrubs, I was offered a dressing room immediately. There were 2 ladies working and they worked so well together, being that the store was pretty busy. I never felt rushed due to the time and I loved the selection available. They had a clearance section sorted in sizes that had so much to choose from. I was happy with my choices and the customer service. There are lots of options to choose from. No surprise that it can be expensive to buy new scrubs. A necessary evil in some cases when you have an emergency, and need to buy a new pair. I come by when some of scrubs have seen there last day. The location is clean, and well organized. There are two dressing rooms, which can be an issue if there are alot of customers. I have waited before, but luckily there are a couple of chairs to sit in. The staff I have encountered are helpful, and polite. read more

Worse customer service I've ever had from a scrub company. Purchased a littman stethoscope for a coworker and finding out she had the same stethoscope I just prchased. Called to see if can get a refund less than an hour from my purchase and for her to tell me it's all sales final and wouldn't let me refund my purchase even after letting her know I bought it less than an hour ago. I was in here about 1 week ago or so with a voucher from work to purchase some scrubs and I waited until the last minute to do so as I do not like to shop around as I have a hard time finding things that fit me well. As soon as I walked, I was greeted by both employees that were at the register and definitely felt welcomed! One of the girls at the register did a great job explaining to me how the voucher works as I have never used a voucher from work to purchase scrubs. As I was walking around and looking at the scrub tops, one of the employees was watching what colors I was grabbing and she took it upon herself to find me some matching bottoms to go with it which I very much so appreciated it as I am not very good at finding stuff. Mind you, I am not great at asking for help so it was very nice of her to do this. She organized all the pairs in the dressing room for me to try on which I thought was very impressive as well! I didn't get her name but she was absolutely pleasant. Also i was able to purchase 5 pairs of scrubs off the clearance section and found some REALLY nice and comfy ones and only paid $23 out of pocket and that included all my scrubs being embroidered with the company logo. For the embroidery, i was told it would take 1-3 days for the scrubs to be ready but I received a call the very next day to pick up my scrub tops as they were ready! read more

Ok, I did see some ratings here that go from 1 star to 5 stars. I can say with the experience I have had today. It is worth a try. I was greeted immediately when I walked in. Both sales people were nice and genuine. Eric provided excellent customer service. great information, and was very helpful. I am a beautiful plus size girl and at times have a hard time finding bottoms that fit and look great. Eric went around the entire store and found me 5 different scrub bottoms to try on. I only selected one of that bunch. He didn't even get upset. I tried on a bunch of of scrubs and selected one from that bunch. I left with 15 scrubs (tops and bottoms) and two great jackets. Very happy customer. Please ask them for their return policy before you purchase. Sales are all sales final. I think returns are for credit only? Parking: lots, well lit, clean Outside: clean, dimly lit (bulbs might be out? ) Inside: clean, full of merchandise/scrubs Selection: Good selection, different price ranges, maybe ~$27 to more than $27 Check out the sale rack!! Eric was HORRIBLE when I walked in to pick up an order I had made a few weeks ago. I am a fully vaccinated Nurse so when he RUDELY asked me to wear a mask I said oh policy went into affect that if you're fully vaccinated you aren't liable to wear a mask. He proceeds to tell me to either "get out or he'll give my order to me outside" I said to him okay please supply me with a mask (businesses are mandated to provide customers with a disposable mask) he proceeds to say "you want a mask you can BUY one right there" I asked him what was his name and why was he being so rude he REFUSED to give me his name until another employee walked in then he finally did. I have spent $1000's of Dollars here and never been treated so rudely but Eric keeps getting worse and worse every time I will let my unit know along with the hospital how rudely Scrubtastic employees treat Nurses. read more

I came in to pick out my work scrub, ask the sales associates where the two brands were in the store. One sales associate didn't acknowledge me when I walked in the store the other one gave me an attitude for asking her to help me look for the scrubs I needed for work. When we found the scrubs I needed for work she told me the scrub size I pick out would not fit me because I'm heavy set. I told her that was rude and I knew what would and fit me and then goes on to tell me what rules and regulations I had to go by per my company policy as if I'm new to the company. First off I read the email from HR and the voucher instructions if one scrub style was not available I could get the alternative one. When she rang me up at the register she tell me I have a balance of x amount, I told her my HR manager said the company is covering the embroidery of the company logo. Came into this store for the very first time. Was greeted but for the whole beginning all I heard was a gentleman complaining about his HOA and his personal life the entire time. It's a very very big store. I had no idea how expensive scrubs were. I had gotten a bunch of sale items because I wanted to try different brands, see how they fit, see how they did for comfort etc and then come back and purchase more of my favorites but when checking out the girl told my the "sale items" very final sale. So I ended up going back and trying them all on and glad I did because all the different brands/ sizes fit so differently . I did end up purchasing full prize items but at NO POINT during my check out process did anyone say ALL ITEMS are final sale and you can only get store credit. I start work on Monday and was just informed by HR I have the option to dress business casual for my position and do NOT have to purchase scrubs afterall!!!! I have almost $200 worth of brand new scrubs and I'm not able to return them. This is absolutely the worst policy I have ever heard of. If an item is brand new never worn why is one not able to return? Now what am I suppose to do? read more

I felt like the employee took advantage of the fact that while paying, I was distracted with my kids. I gave her three items that I wanted to purchase (she saw I was clearly distracted with my kids), I paid and left. As I was in the car, I realized that my total did not make sense for the 3 items I purchased. I looked at the receipt and saw that she added the pants I clearly told her "was not my color." I usually buy my scrubs online, but I procrastinated so had to pick up a pair in person. They have a hugeeee selection of scrub brands and colors. And they also sell other healthcare accessories as well (they have super cute badge reels)! Employees have always been friendly and always ask if they can help me. They also sent me a handwritten card (with a coupon) a few weeks after my first visit--very nice touch. Prices are steeper than what you can get online, but if I'm in need of a new pair of scrubs, I would definitely be back. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered scrubs from this store a month ago and even paid over the phone. My items STILL have not arrived and the store has yet to communicate anything with me. I contacted the store to check the status of my order, and there are items still missing so I asked to please cancel the order all together and they told me that they only offer store credit which was not disclosed to me when I initially placed the order. The worst customer experience ever. The reps are rude and the manager avoids addressing or resolving any issues that customers may have. The guy on the phone is a grade A jerk. I ordered scrubs for my little brother and of course they're out of stock. So I have to place the order online and they take multiple weeks to respond back. Then I call them on the phone to ask when it'll be ready and he says they didn't even write down my order. Then this dumbass decided to say "This is what happens when you wait until the last minute.". I didn't wait until the last minute, I ordered the scrubs as soon as I got the info. It's your store that is run by a bunch of incompetent minimum wage losers who didn't even write down my order. Learn how to treat your customers with respect and maybe you'll get business. Good selection, they just about have every brand of scrubs. I like buying from here because I can try them on. It would be better if they had more than 2 dressing rooms though. I had to wait 20 min just for one to open up. Most workers are friendly, some don't really say much to you. They have petite sizes too, which is great on the pants because I'm short and can't ever find the right length bottoms! If they are out of your size or color, they can order it for you, just ask! No returns, but they will do 14 day exchange policy with receipt or give store credit. read more

Fantastic Srubtastic! This place is awesome! It is like walking into a candy store for a diabetic....you want everything! The store has almost every brand of scrubs available including the our favorite, the Grey's Anatomy brand. Prices are decent and they have punch cards to help with offsetting the cost. They also have all kinds of other medical supplies including jackets, lab coats, medical shoes, stethoscopes, watches ext. I would have rated the store itself and 3 or 4 but the service was AWESOME. The girl who helped us was so friendly and did everything she could to save us money on our purchase. It made the shopping experience a great one. So, now I am 'scrubbin' my life away to pay for all those scrubs we bought...LOL. read more

Avoid this place when the male owner or manager is working. After every purchase, they are offering a $10/off your next purchase discount card. My wife an I were shopping for some scrubs. I purchased my scrubs first an ask if I could use my $10/off card for my wife's next transaction cause she was still shopping. The male owner/manager on duty said no because the card is to be mailed to you. I find out later at home that when my wife make her transaction/purchase, they gave her the $10/off right at the register. Customer service is poor. I went in to buy atleast 5 sets of scrubs and there were atleast 4 staffs when i came but i did not get any help at all. They see me walking around with lots of scrubs on hand but i was offered no help. Went to try on scrubs and man the fitting room's floor smells like feet and the carpet is so dirty. I just hated that i had to go back and forth in the fitting room atleast 3x to get my correct size. The variety is good but they lack sizes specially petites.
