I went to the Ann Arbor DSW and the bag was on sale. So, I knew I was correct but didn't cause them any trouble because I'm a good person. Unfortunately, since the terrible customer service and respect for their own co-workers, I will never return. That was my first time at that location. Not very smart of them as their job in retail is ending as these kinds of stores are closing because everyone is shopping online. I would suggest to have better customer service even if you don't like who the customers are because we are paying customers that keep you having a job!
