Everything looked enticing, from the herbal soaks to the massages. I decided on a massage and waited anxiously for my appointment. Tucked away in a place that you could miss if you didn't know to look for it, the simple and luxurious interior was a world away from the busy street that it sits on. I was warmly welcomed when I walked in and quickly slipped off my boots and into some comfy slide sandals. After a quick intake, my masseuse allowed me to slip under the drape onto the toasty table. The first thing I smelled was the perfume oil and I was instantly obsessed; you can really smell both the sweet lilac and the tart gooseberries distinctively and you really don't need to put a lot on so it definitely lasts a long time! It's magical and exactly what I wanted. The body wash and lotion both left my body extremely soft and smelling amazing with just a few pumps! The body lotion and the hand/foot cream were just the right consistency, I didn't feel sticky or greasy at all after applying it and it blended into my skin super well and fast. The sugar scrub feels thick, luxurious and works like a dream; it's so easy to spread and rub in. It left my skin exfoliated and soft without being too harsh like most store-bought ones. Being a big chapstick fan, I bought two lip balms and I am so glad I did because it's more hydrating than all the big name brands I usually buy!! It stays on your lips for a really long time and tastes sweet and fresh. The candle burns evenly and slowly and smells very strongly after just a few minutes being lit up. Everything is PERFECT!! I only have good things to say about this purchase, not only because all the products are so amazing, but because of all the love and care Desiree puts into them and into her work. She was extremely sweet, helpful, kind, patient and generous by finding a solution to ship to my country, dealing with all my questions, including an extra gift in my package (with a lovely, heartfelt note) and helping me have the best online shopping experience I've ever had. You can tell that there's a real Witcher fan behind the Scent of a Sorceress line and it makes it all so much more authentic and magical. If you buy from Bella Des, you'll know you have something made with passion and love in your hands and that makes the products even more worth it! I'm SO grateful for everything, thank you so much for the millionth time and I can't wait to buy from you again!!

I sought treatment here for my skin, but unfortunately, the results have been devastating. Initially, I was promised a refund and a laser treatment to fix the damage caused by their treatment. This was verbally agreed upon, but when my skin showed improvement, they failed to follow through on their promise. Instead of offering the agreed-upon laser treatment to address the issues, I was told to go to a dermatologist--leaving me with unresolved damage and no accountability for the harm done. The treatments destroyed my skin, causing severe damage that left me with the damage--severe painful cystic acne covering my face scarring, texture changes, extreme dryness, compromised skin barrier everything burns, physical and emotional pain. I trusted their expertise and was hoping for a solution, but not only did I not get the promised refund or treatment, but I also feel misled and disrespected by the lack of follow-through and the poor outcome. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for reliable and effective skincare solutions.
