Two days after treatment I had painful red lumps on my jaw and cheeks which resolved in a week. I was told by the technician that was a good sign and should have good results. Two weeks later I returned and started receiving IPL to remove signs of skin damage from my face and decolletage area. I received 3 treatments one month apart. On my third treatment the technician lasered random areas on my shoulders, upper back, legs and arms. I have since returned and had 3 more treatments. I look like a freak. When I talked to the laser tech he said it will take a couple more treatments to even out my skin tone and in the interim a spray tan is always an option. As you can see I am a mess.

This business needs an appointment manager. The stylists make the appointments. When they make…read moremistakes, the customer pays. On Friday, I received a confirmation text for my Saturday appointment. Later in the day, I received a message that my appointment was changed. The stylist had changed an appointment that was later in the month without asking me, and I assumed naturally that it was for my upcoming appointment. Since I missed this appointment because of the confusion she created, they charged me a cancellation fee of $75.00. This is not the first time I have paid for mistakes like this and poor calls on the part of the owner. What's worse is I never confirmed the appointment that they are charging me for now. Don't go here unless you plan on paying high cancellation fees for their mistakes.
