First off I've been getting lip fillers for the last 5 years . I live in Ohio and decided to go here because of the Groupon deal. Bait and switch we drove 3 hours filled out the medical form beforehand and when we arrive , the nurse practitioner who gives lip injections said she couldn't give me the lip filler because I have an ostomy bag. I was one of the top models in the USA ( Noelle dean - you can Google model search me ) I'm still very beautiful and have been getting lip fillers for the last 5 years from my regular plastic surgeon in Ohio. The Groupon scam and this place is a total waste of time and money. The nurse who does the injections looks like she's in her 20s. And told me to look into a mirror and suggested I need Botox . I assure you everywhere I go I literally will have multiple people stop me and say how pretty or striking in appearance I look . What a QUACK very unprofessional- against Americans with disabilities or ostomy bags. This place should be shut down and investigated into the practices that they are doing and Americans disibility act needs to get involved. Never had an issue with any other plastic surgeon my whole life . Drove 3 hours for a bait and switch for a promising Groupon special. Stick with paying $100 more from a real older professional not someone who's in there 20s that will make you look like the joker. no trust me I'm an expert in the beauty model profession stay away from this place pay $100 more elsewhere if you want to look good . forced me to get 50 units of botox saying that's all botox comes in? I never heard of such a scheme. My friend is in aesthetics and told me botox comes in 100 unit bottles, you draw out the amount you need, and the 50 unit are SAMPLES GIVEN TO THEM. I need to rescind my previous review. I have always gone to FFA Westerville, OH and had excellent customer service/care. I did initially at the Wexford, PA location until two weeks after my chin filler. I contacted the facility with concerns about my filler. I was told that my concerns would NEVER happen even though I never had the lump/line/mass under my chin before. Extremely disappointing. This isn't a financial situation as I don't want anything free, just wanted aesthetic attention. I am contemplating canceling my membership and going with a new provider. read more

Was so excited to get my lips done for the first time! I called and gave all of my info over the phone (including dob). I was so happy to see that I could get in the next day! I was told to bring my ID to verify all the information and drove a long way to get there. Just to be told that you have to be 21 and they would not do the service!!! I can completely understand if that's policy but why waste my time coming all the way there just to be told they can't do the service when it could have been said over the phone? I purchased a Groupon for 50 units of Botox and was able to schedule an appointment with in two days. I was kindly greeted when I walked through the door. I went over some concerns with the receptionist and she said she would pass that on to the the nurse practitioner. I have been getting Botox and fillers for 30 years but had not used anything for one year. My face was red from a home micro needling and I was honest about that. I sat in a room for a bit while I was waiting for the nurse practitioner. I got up to turn the light off because I get migraines from overhead lighting and right at that time Shelly walked into the room and I scared her and she scared me. I apologized and went on with what I would like. She listened and then proceeded to tell me I would have to come back in two weeks. I live in Somerset county. I, in jest, whipped her the finger and said "awe poops". I apologize that my actions were misinterpreted for after I left I received a call from corporate offices in Ohio. The young lady was direct and to the point. She said my behavior was erratic and my medical records had a discrepancy. I can understand having to come back in two weeks but what was meant in jest was taken to seriously. She would not explain any further and said I would get a refund. I'm was pleasantly surprised to see that Groupon refund will be issued in a few days. I suffer from terrible depression and this was the first time I left the house in two weeks. I asked the woman from corporate if she saw me or spoke to me and she said no but insisted I would not be a good fit for their business. Shelly, you need to lighten up a bit. I respect your knowledge and education but what I don't respect is your lack of humor. I myself will get a kick out of telling this story to my friends and will gladly take my money to Mackenzie. read more

Worst botox I've ever received. For some reason she pinched my eyebrows when she injected the botox and now instead of lifting my eyebrows it actually pushed my eyelids down! I have a crease in my eyelids that I actually have to hold open with my fingers to put eye shadow on. It's a mess. The blonde who did it (sorry - don't remember her name) was very rude and unprofessional when I went back in to show her what she did to me. She acts like she knows exactly what she's doing but don't be fooled! read more

I look good. I asked to have half of what is normally placed for lip fillers. Definitely have big lips now. Only problem is my lips are not symmetrical. I mentioned this on phone and she was very dismissive and wanted me to wait before coming back in. She said that "the swelling will go down and it will look natural " Of course. Nothing has changed. My lips originally were very thin on top and larger lip on bottom. Now I have the exact opposite appearance, larger upper lip and less volume in my lower lip , left side is slighly fuller than right side. Hilarious Asymmetrical lips. My advice is to bring a friend or family member to back you up on final ok. My family members think negatively about my lips . Fillers don't last too long, which is good. Better luck next time. I do recommend the cheek fillers, they turned out great, took years off my appearance. Oh... btw she only uses topical anesthesia not local anesthesia unlike other places, so do expect a bit of pain during the injections . read more
