Their "Deep Clean" service included organizing things that were strewn all over the place, vacuuming, moping, dusting, and cleaning floors, countertops, doorframes, appliances, etc. Engaging them was easy with a few Yelp messages and then the appointment was set up for the next day. Sent them some images of the areas so they knew what to expect and then they came and their team cleaned the whole house as requested. Whenever I need a full cleaning of the house ever again, I definitely am calling them back! 5 Stars!

The kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate, the floors were cleaned and mopped, and all the desks and dressers were dusted. In short, they did everything you could expect, and they did it very well. They were also quite punctual. They said they would arrive at 8:00, and they texted me right at 8 to let me know they were able to get into the house (I was a bit worried about it because our lock has been wonky lately, so that was a relief). One thing I like about Emily's Maids is that you can book or reschedule your appointment directly from their website. This company does a good job and is a great value.

I had to remind them that a several things were left undone and this was a team of 3 PEOPLE who came and it STILL was not done. Though, they gave me a time slot that was outside the scope I asked for making me rush things to accommodate for them - this was a bit unwanted. Maids arrived on time, they don't speak or understand English, only Spanish. I walked them through the house. The moment they saw master bathroom, the in-charge maid started saying something in Spanish. She didn't see the shower area or the tub by that time, but made a call saying my place needs a deep cleaning, saying the bathrooms are in need of deep cleaning and not regular, asking to charge me some $80 bucks more or so. Happy to pay that if you are either upfront about it, and do the job you say you would. After this, the service was subpar. The maids would lie about cleaning something they didn't even touch, you'd have to call them over and make them clean things (referring to the tops of bed side stands, dressers, dusting furniture etc.). Overall, the service I received was more of a headache than it was a service. After paying $230 whatever, my shower floor still looks the same. The cherry on top - I asked for kid friendly, safe cleaning supplies. Whatever they used, left a strong chemical smell throughout my house that lasted 2 days. Sharing an after picture of the shower floor ( it's a rented house, and these are stains that don't come off, which they decided not to check first but just charge more and leave as is). Feel like I was ripped off.

They did not perform a deep clean at all, and I fully believe I have just wasted $200 on a service I should have just done myself for better results. This was my first cleaning service to order in Dallas, due to my apartment complex not having cleaned the unit from the previous resident. For such a small 1 bedroom apartment, I expected more for a such a high price. If you're looking to spend a lot of money, for a basic cleaning, then this the group.
