She passed two years ago and it was well past time to sell. Norma's had done a deep clean earlier in the year for our DIL. They did an amazing job but, like I said, they had their work cut out for them on this job. I corresponded with Norma's exclusively through text messaging. Since we were out of town for the week, our realtor took care of the actual details - giving them access to the property and giving them our payment. Our realtor is picky. Almost as finicky (anal???) as me. She called when they were through and absolutely raved about the job they did. We had also given her a tip to use at her discretion - we probably should have doubled it considering her glowing report. She was so happy that she moved up the photographer to that afternoon. Norma charged us $300 for a two bedroom, two bath home. A bargain. I have my own cleaning lady that I've had for years. However, if she ever quits, after I finish sobbing, I'll hire Norma's immediately.

I'm only adding this bc it's been so hard for me to find someone that truly does the job right and not half way as well as rushed. the laundry was never finished and there were just several things that should have been done better considering it was a deep clean. plus add ons, good luck finding your special cleaning company!
