I mean they really made lemonade out of lemons-- I requested some extra services, like baseboard cleaning and oven cleaning, sweeping out the garage, and some organizing etc. on the first service, and they really made my place into a better place. I work full time and just don't have the time to do major cleaning tasks like cleaning 2000+ sq feet of hard floors, and two full bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms on three levels (with 3 cats). I work full time on-site/in-office all week, and the last thing I feel like doing is MORE work all weekend or on weeknights after I get home trying to keep my place relatively clean (and not even doing that great of a job).
