She passed two years ago and it was well past time to sell. Norma's had done a deep clean earlier in the year for our DIL. They did an amazing job but, like I said, they had their work cut out for them on this job. I corresponded with Norma's exclusively through text messaging. Since we were out of town for the week, our realtor took care of the actual details - giving them access to the property and giving them our payment. Our realtor is picky. Almost as finicky (anal???) as me. She called when they were through and absolutely raved about the job they did. We had also given her a tip to use at her discretion - we probably should have doubled it considering her glowing report. She was so happy that she moved up the photographer to that afternoon. Norma charged us $300 for a two bedroom, two bath home. A bargain. I have my own cleaning lady that I've had for years. However, if she ever quits, after I finish sobbing, I'll hire Norma's immediately.

Unlike some services that make a big show of coming in and dusting all the ceilings, Victoria provides a more customized, practical, thorough cleaning, tailored to the particular homeowner's needs. She works smart, with attention to detail, while also keeping in mind the bigger picture and the cleaning priorities of the customer. She even proactively suggests to work on things that may benefit from attention (for example, cleaning out and organizing the refrigerator). Very pleased with this service, and highly recommend. The only drawback: She does such great work, and is so well organized, that when she starts that dental practice in a few years, it will be difficult to find someone else who does such a great job cleaning the house. I'm sure, though, that if she runs her dental service in as pain-free and well-organized a manner as her house cleaning service, it will be a huge success as well!i

He made sure to take the time to answer all of our questions and to guide us through the entire process start to finish. The great service didn't stop with just him. Tyrone was also so very helpful. He was training a new gentlemen during several of the visits to my home. He was very purposeful and professional even while training. We will say until we are blue in the face just how truly thankful we are for Brad, Tyrone and everyone we have dealt with at Serv Pro of Madison County. The respect they showed us and our home was top notch. I was shocked to see people who genuinely seemed to care about our situation as much as we did, plus to care about getting our home right again. It is so rare now days to have a company show genuine concern. Too many are just out for the quick buck. Even Amanda answering the phones was helpful. The communication from everyone was excellent. No question of mine was unanswered and I NEVER felt as if I was bothering them. We hope to not need their service again but believe if we do we will call them over anyone else. I wish more Brad could offer training classes on customer service to other businesses. Amazing!

One star is generous. I am disgusted by SERVPRO of Huntsville's lack of communication,…read moreaccountability, and credible documentation. A SERVPRO representative initially came to our property. I asked when the crew would return, but instead of answering, they began crawlspace work on their own schedule without telling us it had started. We received no proper quote, written scope, or clear authorization to review beforehand. We discovered work was underway only when someone unexpectedly appeared in our yard to access the crawlspace. For weeks, we received almost no updates about when they were coming, what they were doing, what they found, or whether the area was dry. The first meaningful contact came when someone wanted to discuss an invoice. I told them the job was obviously incomplete: their equipment remained in the crawlspace, the moisture barrier was still up, insulation had been pushed through an opening near the vent, and the area had not been restored. They did not respond. They sent the invoice anyway. After being invoiced, I inspected the crawlspace myself. There was literally a puddle near the entrance, along with soaked insulation, trapped moisture, and visible mold that created an obvious health concern. I called extremely upset and requested that the owner inspect the damage and apologize in person. I was told he was on vacation and was directed to the service manager. They sent a crew lead described as one of their best, who initially told me everything read dry and nothing was wrong. Only after I showed her photographic proof did she return to the crawlspace and acknowledge finding what she called **"a sopping area."** I then authorized SERVPRO to return and properly complete the re-dry. They supposedly came back while we were out of town and later described the remaining work as a "touch-up." To this day, we do not know how many times they returned, who was there, what they actually did, what materials they tested or replaced, or whether the crawlspace is genuinely dry. SERVPRO claims it retested, but we have received no moisture reports, drying logs, photographs, visit records, or final inspection documentation. An unsupported claim from the same team that declared the area dry before finding a "sopping area" is not credible verification. The service manager eventually stopped responding. I heard from the owner once, replied, and never heard from him again. No explanation, no apology, and no proof that the work was completed correctly. The only communication SERVPRO has handled consistently is sending the disputed invoice. They began without properly communicating, left standing water and saturated materials behind, denied there was a problem until I produced photos, failed to document the supposed re-dry, and now ignore my concerns while continuing to bill me. I would never trust SERVPRO of Huntsville to accurately determine whether a property is dry, communicate transparently, document its work, or stand behind a job once the invoice has been issued. Editing based on owners response - even more corrupt and incapable of completing customer service than imagined - hiding behind "I said his" after their team left my home in jeopardy. DISRESPECTFUL AND DISCRACEFUL
