When we visited Tributary in late May 2021, we were told by Richmond American's Sales Associate,,…read morethat the home would be ready by late October. We did not initially select the Lot or the specific elevation. However, we were informed that our initial lot and elevation selections would not be available within our timeframe, so we proceeded with the preplanned home. We moved forward and signed the contract on 6/1/21. Our slab was poured 9/11/21, at which time we were told that the completion date may slip to late November but were assured by the Richmond American team that we would be in our new home by Christmas noting that "Richmond American needs to close on homes by end of year." The following week we were informed in writing that the trusses had been delivered and we were still on track to close by November/December. By early-October both of our points of contact, Sales Associate and Construction Manager, were no longer with Richmond American Homes. our new Sales Associate informed us that the house is now estimated to be completed in March, April, or even as late as May. The delays and miscommunication up to that point had been frustrating and disheartening. But what is offensive is the misrepresentation that the initial lot and elevation selections which we were dissuaded from buying (because they would be completed after the home ) are already complete. Simply put, we do not feel that we have been dealt with honestly, fairly, or in good faith by Richmond American Homes. DO NOT BIY

We wanted a room built around a 16' SwimSpa which was a challenging project which several other builders were unable to even quote us because they didn't know how to build the vault to sink the spa 3 feet below ground level and creat a trap floor deck to allow access to the mechanics. Keith knew exactly what we needed and promptly put together a beautiful de sign that included a proper dehumidifier, fan to vent fumes and an external heat pump so we can heat the spa more efficiently (and it cools the water too!). Every aspect of his design was perfect! Our addition is stunning. Once we moved the exercise equipment into the addition, Keith had his team reconfigure one of the bedrooms that was on a split hallway from our main bedroom so it now opens into our main bedroom. This leaves us with two private guest rooms and a guest bath adding a walk-in dressing room off the main bedroom. It is so amazing - the closet space we now have is enviable. His main crew Jimmy and Mike are master craftsmen who not only build your dream but are super nice and wonderful to work with. We are so thankful we found Keith and his team and highly highly highly recommend this Company and Crew. He kept us in the loop throughout the project (via text and calls), explained every step of the permit process in a way we could easily understand, worked hard to get the project done even with some supply chain delays and was wonderful with add-ons and changes my spouse came up with during the project.
