Worked with this gentleman and he was phenomenal. Very responsive, fair pricing for the work, easy to work with, and provided quality screens. I had a total of five window screens reframed( four brand new) and a screen door replaced. He takes both cash and card (card comes with a service fee) and I'd highly recommend him to do the work. My window screens were old. Like 30 years old. Many of them had holes in them. I wanted new screens and new frames. Frank came to my home and did a great job on installing all of my 17 windows with new screens and frames. After he was done he took all my old screens and put them in my recycling trash can. He even explained how to remove the screens in the event I ever need to. The cost was very affordable for the quality of materials and great job done. I highly recommend this business. I'm enjoying opening my windows now without having to worry about flies and other insects coming in. read more

Initially we needed 6 window screens and 1 door screens repaired and installed in our Ontario CA condo. We looked up yelp and was able to narrow down to 3 contractors, but end up going with Frank due to his honesty (he's also the owner which is a plus), upfront pricing and quick response with call and texting. We confirmed a time: he showed up, explained what needs to be done and in no time got everything installed with the right product and price. The great thing is he has everything with him, he does the measurements on site so there's no excuses why it would not fit or the sob story. He has done the screens at both my rental condo and my personal home. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing screens. He responded quick and scheduled an appointment quick! He comes out with his trailer that has everything on there, replaces framing and screens, my condo windows looked new with new screens on! He also offered a thicker screen that helps if you have cats or dogs who scratch the windows. Our cat tried to claw at the front window the same day he put them in and there was no damage! I ran into Frank's truck while working on a neigbors's house. I just wanted a business card and maybe a rough estimate. Frank gave me a very rough but reasonably priced estimate and I asked if he had any available openings. I must have misunderstood Frank because I thought he said he only had openings for next week. When Frank contacted me 2 days later; I was pleasantly surprised. When all was said and done; Frank was able to repair 7 out of 8 damaged screens and only replaced one broken screen frame. Even better was the final price that was $80.00 (or over 30%) cheaper than his original estimate. It's so hard to find independent business owner's with true integrity and excellent customer service these days. I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED SCREENS TODAY and Frank to all my friends and family. We made it clear we wanted to replace the SUNROOM windows and we ended up losing over three feet of view out the backside of the house. I immediately called the sales person and his manager Sarah. She refused to do anything about it. Did not offer any form of refund and essentially said it was our fault for not understanding her sales person. Myself, my husband and our contractor all agreed the sales person said nothing about losing this much of the glass. I asked for the name and contact number of the owner and Sarah refused to supply it. I can understand her not wanting her boss to know how much they messed up but it really lacks integrity to not make upper management available to speak with a dissatisfied customer. Supposedly these were ordered on installation day but when I called to find out if there has been progress I was informed they would be ordered and be here in mid-January. The windows are pricey and would not be recommended based on the service provided.

Once completed(BARELY to satisfaction), we paid All Variety in full, All Variety neglected to pay the Window Supplier, and a lean was placed on our property by the supplier. This took several thousand dollars of legal fees and months of headache and stress added to our lives before the lean was released. To this day the owner has made no attempt to right any of the wrongs in this project.
