Throughout the entire experience, Ginger impressed me with her professionalism, organization and punctuality (something hard to come by these days). The consult was great, they provided samples, recommendations and guided our decision-making. She got someone to come out to see us that very next weekend. Andrea was the sales associate who helped us. She was helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. The samples she brought to our house were helpful. After she did rough measurements and gave us a quote, her measurement person came by. We then placed our order, put down a deposit and then installation was about 1 month later.
