I had quotes for $15,000 for each of the three retractable screen doors and the companies did not get back to me. Someone referred me to this ScreenMobile. I had two appointments with Screenmobile and overall I'm happy with the results. Quick to respond and prices are fair. Appointment #1: Edward came out to create some screens for us. While it started off well, he was clearly getting frustrated with some wrong measurements he took and started yelling at himself, which made my wife and I a little uncomfortable. I had some screens replaced in south OC by Screenmobile of OC. One of the screens upstairs fell off the window causing the frame to break. I called Screenmobile of OC to let them know that I would like to have the frame replaced at no cost. Since the frame was in good shape before re-screening it, I felt that I should not have to pay to have the frame replaced since it wouldn't have fallen off if it wasn't installed incorrectly. I was told by the manager that he discussed it with the owner and the owner told him they would fix it, but that I would need to pay for a new frame since they didn't originally replace the frame. I tried to explain that the screen would have never fallen off the window unless it was not installed correctly by the person replacing the screens. I asked to speak to the owner and never received a phone call. I notice that all of the owner's responses from people who gave 1-2 stars are a bunch of excuses. He says that customers are important to their business and they want to resolve any issues. I have never written a Yelp review until today. I should have at least received a return phone call so we could discuss the issue. You say (in other responses to reviews)you are busy and you receive 20-30 calls a day. Well, you run a business and that comes with the territory. Too bad you don't stand by your product and workmanship. I will make sure to let friends and family know to use another company. read more

Lack of respect and disregard for people's time. Called about a week ago to book an appointment for measurement to ADD an additional screen door for the house. Called halfway through the hour window to make sure someone was still coming and was told there was a "system glitch" and didn't see my appointment on their scheduler. We schedule appointments and make sure we're home so we don't waste people's time. Clearly my time isn't as valuable to screen mobile. BTW... I was trying to ADD because I'm already an existing customer who spent thousands with you last time to have my California room screened in. I also mentioned this to the girl who took my original call to schedule. We just had a custom size retractable screen installed when we had some accordian doors put in (we have a cat so needed the screens so she can't escape!) What we love is that they are zippered shut along the bottom so she can't escape. They open so smoothly and can stop wherever you want them to! (Part way, half way, all the way...literally will stop wherever you choose.) We did have another smaller screen installed in our kitchen and that DOES lift up at the bottom so we have to watch our kitty because she can get under it. But, we needed a new screen there anyway so it's better than what we had.. (So just make sure before you order the screen. It's probably my fault that I didn't realize only the extra large screen was zippered at the bottom.) We needed our 15 yr old front window screens replaced and reframed. Called our local Screenmobile 34 for an estimate and they were able to come out the very next day. Eddie came by in the time slot stated. He was friendly, polite and was kind enough to move our heavy dresser that blocked access to one of the windows. This is a scam company. I have screens built and 2 sliders rebuilt. One slider screen started comi G undone. I called them back they came and took a look at it repaired it without my permission and then sent me another $150 bill. They said it was either someone walked through the screen or our dog put his nose through the screen. If a dog is able to put their nose through the screen then maybe it's not re-screened correctly. With that being said our dog has never put his nose through any screen in 10 years. We have never walked through a screen in any of our homes.
