I gave them four stars because the price is fairly expensive. Especially since they charge the same amount for a huge screen that they do for a tiny screen. But the service was great and I cannot complain at all. It took them about three weeks to get to our house, but when they did, they quickly measured all needed screens and replaced efficiently. We got the screen door for our patio door replaced and it came out great! They had heavy duty screen on the truck and since we have two dogs, we updated to that. They even put our previous screen guard on the new door for us. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a high quality screen door.
