He took the time to carefully measure everything and due to the way my existing porch/deck was constructed, it took some extra effort to get the windows installed. Joey never complained or charged extra due to any complexity. I also considered ordered windows direct and having him or someone install - that would have likely been a nightmare and having one company own the complete install worked great. They picked up the screens and took them to their shop to do the work, as I live in a condo, but they also have the ability to work on site in real time. They were responsive communicators (I heard from Joey less than 24 hours from when I posted my quote request on their website), showed up on time, did a quality job, and followed COVID protocols. No quotes over the phone the day before, no quotes when they arrived, did not tell me they only accept cash or check as payment because they have to pay a 4% fee for CC ( which means they must accept CC payments from clients). Was charged $225 for rescreening a balcony door and small kitchen window. (Condo assn. stated a $60 rescreening fee) The kitchen window screen frame came back bent, when i pointed this out they took it away and brought it back slightly less damaged. In sum, shoddy workmanship, high prices, no information beforehand and limited payment methods that only benefit them. I assume some responsibility because i did not ask enough questions beforehand, trusting the condo assn's info. But i cannot recommend this service. You would do much better to order brand new from Home Depot or Lowe's. You will spend much less and get more honesty and better service. read more

Quick and efficient. They (Joey and assistant) got to us timely and got me at the end of the day as they were nearby. Needed screen done as soon as possible as a squirrel had gotten in balcony and tore entire bottom of screen out to access space to start building nest. Got tree access removed before nest was done and can now open slider for fresh air without worrying about our cats exploring the ledges. They arrived with masks, removed their shoes and quickly got the screen off and took it to their truck to rescreen. Very professional job. Would highly recommend. read more

Highly recommend this company for screen door replacement, and especially for the customer service. They replaced my broken patio screen door and while it worked fine for a bit, for some reason the screws on the top came loose and caused the screen to become detached from the tracks. I do not believe it was due to poor workmanship, it just happened. I called the wrong Screenmobile branch and told them my concerns, and they actually took the initiative to contact the Arlington Alexandria branch for me, and then I was promptly contacted about scheduling an appointment to have them come in and take a look. They fixed the problem in one minute, no charge. I can tell that this company takes pride in their work and making sure their customers are satisfied. Sadly this is hard to find these days.
