During the building process they were eager to answer our numerous questions and patiently guide us through the experience. The selection process for flooring, cabiets etc. was actually fun and stress free - the expertise of everyone at Turn Key Builders was invaluable and resulted in our magnificent home. The job site was always maintained and kept clean. The craftmanships was of the highest quality. The work ethics and integrity of the entire Abbot family was exceptional - they made our dream into a reality. In our opinion they are the BEST!

My Wife and I interviewed a total of 6 different Local Pool Companies prior to making our decision…read more After careful consideration, we opted to go with Indigo Pool Patio BBQ. Chris Whiddon in Sales was very knowledgeable of the industry and didn't try to over sell. We also had the opportunity to visit the Show Room and was able to meet with the Owner, Pat Ireland, whom reflected the same aforementioned values. The Project Scope and Timeline was easily understood; which Jason Roberts our Construction Manager and Team executed with minimal disruption to daily life. From Start to Finish, the Communication was awesome. Would definitely recommend!!

We had Indigo create and install an outdoor kitchen and although the kitchen is fab, working with…read morethe project manager was painful and frustrating. Throughout the project there very little communication and the project manager was responsive only after multiple calls. There was no communication or coordination between the project manager and the granite installation. There was also a 3 month delay of the hood, which never arrived and husband ordered one from Amazon, without the help of the project manager, so the size is off. I could continue with the frustrations but you get the idea. I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 star because the cabinet and equipment installation people were competent and very nice. It hurts my heart to give a business a poor recommendation however communication is key to a successful installation.

When our turn came, the crew was at our house earlier than expected. The work far exceeded our expectations and they were not bothered when we asked for minor changes and upgrades to the agreed renovations. The finished product is beautiful and well worth the wait. I know many homeowners whom had "quick fixes" after the hurricane. The results were less than satisfactory. I'd definitely use them again.

We were told we would have completed bids "later this week or sometime next week". After no contact we called on December 11 and were told "still another week or so". Fast forward to January 8, 2024 and still nothing. Jeff did return our voice message the next day. He apologized for the delay and said he still needed "a couple more days". It's now February 10th and we're recieved no bids, no calls, e-mails or contact of any kind. At over 25,000 square feet, we are NO small fish but rather one of the largest entertainment venues in all of Englewood and Venice yet we can't get even basic courtesy or customer service. We assume there is some sort of internal crisis within Lemon Bay Construction as that's the only explanation for such poor customer service. We recommend staying away from Lemon Bay Construction until they iron out their problems.

The woman, I think Tara who answered the phone started asking questions about how old the windows were. (I knew where this was going) Immediately she went into a sales pitch about replacing all of my windows and throwing in an obviously rehearsed sales pitch. When I told her I didn't have the money to replace all of my windows now, she said, well I have to tell you we are booking out to 8 weeks. That's the same as getting a ridiculously high quote for a job a contractor doesn't want to do. I guarantee you if I wanted all of my windows replaced, I would not have an 8 week wait. If you're looking to replace all of your windows and doors, perhaps this is a good option for you but clearly they could not be bothered with a "small job" like mine when there's bigger fish to fry. So when it's time to replace my windows, and that day is coming, because they didn't want to help me now, I won't go to them for the big job.
