My Alpine windows have a slight greenish tint, but their Milgard glass looks more like silver, like a mirror from the outside. I asked them if I'd be able to tell if the window was replaced and they said no, but it's very obvious. I'm totally disappointed because I told them I didn't care about cost I just wanted the window to match my other windows which are only a few years old.

As a previous reviewer states and I agree, they go far above and beyond when it comes to customer care. My experience is Brian did what he said he would do. He and his men showed up when they said they would show up. I find him responsive in a timely manner to my emails and numerous questions. If I could give more stars I would. Great service. The garage door was just installed, and it looks nice and is soo quiet.

I was transferred to a woman named Clair and I explained to her that today was I needed the item before Friday, which gave them 10 days to get the item to me. She took my home address and sent me an invoice and I paid it. The item is just $44, they wanted $169 with tax. I paid thinking they will fedex or UPS me from the island, Clair emailed me that she will email me the tracking number asap. Days past, I did a follow up call and Clair tells me it will at Kona store in two days. I called her trying to find out exactly when it's getting to me and/or if doesn't arrive on time can I get a refun? she tells me we don't refund special order product. Another day passed by and it's Thursday now I looked to see if any parcel was priority mailed to me on USPA app and nothin! So I wrote to her and reminded her that I didn't get it nor do I have tracking number tellin me it will arrive on Friday. In response Clair wrote back "it got sent to their store instead to me but since I have an attitude she will refund me", no sorry it's late or we can still get it to you or any other customer service response. I am a senior citizen and I felt it was very rude of her to pen such words, when all the while I was just trying to find out the when will get the item that I paid three times more for to get is less than ten day. I believe service to customers brings prosperity to a business. Hopefully I was able to shine some light on this business's customer service attitud. aloha

Came to install and cracked the cover plate in 3 places and left it like I should accept it in that condition. I removed the cracked cover plate to find they had not cut the mirror opening large enough so the socket ends were resting on the mirror. First time the socket would be used, yes the mirror would crack. They need to have the socket ends resting on the drywall with spacers to raise the sockets to the level of the mirror. Is this the first time they have made this kind of installation? Are these people professionals? Really fed up with this install.
