Kawika replaced the electronic motherboard on the electric gate opener. He submitted several estimates for different upper driveway gates, although his prices were quite a bit higher than another installer who replaced the gate. He was prompt and polite always, and the gate opener functioned properly for several months after repair before failing. He returned and fixed the problem, but the gate opener stopped working again. He also offered to try to repair or replace the magnetic sensor that had stopped working earlier in the year. He showed up right on time. He surveyed the door and saw the problem right away. Both of the cables supporting the door were frayed, and one of them had come off its hook. He replaced both cables and tested the door several times and was all done. He cleaned up and was off to help someone else.
