However, I have been waiting more than 2 months for my most recent order and was informed today that it is still months away from shipping because the owner had personal issues with her house and has been too busy since late 2024 to run her business. This has to be the worst run business on the planet! I have ordered from them 4 times. The first time I got it pretty quick. The second order was fairly big, and it took several months to get. Numerous emails, most if which went unanswered, and no way to actually speak with someone. After begging, I finally received my items. There was an explanation of all these serious problems Julie, the owner had had, and now they were all worked out, and she had new people and things would be awesome. My last order, Dec, 2025, I never got, and after much messaging through Facebook with excuses from her, and rudeness to me, I finally received a refund. She has some of the cutest scrapbook products around, but what you have to go through to get it is painful. Julie has no business running a company. After dealing with her it is easy to understand why Scrap Your Trip has an F rating with the BBB. I have purchased from this business in the past. Seems many of her customers are under the impression delays in their orders are due to recent events. I placed orders in 2020, 2021, and 2022 which all took 3-6 months to receive the orders. When I inquired about my orders, the owner made excuses then also. There is no published phone number for this business which makes it difficult to receive your money back. I would have never purchased from this business ever again had I remembered. Unfortunately, I forgot and placed two orders in 2024. I am unexpectedly relocating and contacted the business to request a refund if my order cannot be delivered within the week. The reply I received was they were willing to forward the order to my new address. It seems I may need to get my credit card company involved. read more

Way behind on online orders. There is a small note on line when ordering, but does not explain that the small delay in shipping is 6 months or more. They take your money right away but you don't receive your product for months and months and months. They give updates on the Facebook page but it's all about their problems, I very rarely hear her feel any sympathy for the customers that have ordered and paid her and have gotten nothing yet. In fact lately she's been very rude with customers. Julie Swatek, President and owner, should be ARRESTED, and the business should be shut down for fraud and misleading! I placed a very large order totaling $86.74 on October 4th, 2024. I never heard from them unless I contacted them trying to get information on where my order was. They told me to lie after lie that they were backlogged and orders before me were just getting filled, but when checking on their FB page, some customers were thanking for their orders (packed AFTER my order)! I had enough and went public on FB (January 4th, 2025) and demanded my refund! I am now BLOCKED! I've filed a complaint with both the BBB of Orlando and the Orlando Chamber of Commerce. The company is in major disarray - apparently the owner is dealing with personal and professional issues from September of 2024. Instead of taking down the online store until these issues were completely fixed, she continued to take online orders knowing that they would not be able to full fill the orders in a timely manner and making excuses along the way. There is no published phone number to talk to a real person so you are at the mercy of a reply back via email or FB. I placed an order the end of December and it was still not full filled by the end of February. They could not give an ETA on shipping as they do not full fill the orders in the order that they are received. If you read their FB page - they are still working on orders from October of 2024 with those only being 49% complete. Had i known all of this before I ordered - i NEVER would have placed my order. As an FYI - i responded to someone on a FB conversation with a similar issue - my response was not positive - i did receive a not so positive response back from the owner (again with excuses) - however, i was able to get back the money i had spent and i was told that she would never do business with me again - which i laughed because i would be a FOOL to ever do business with someone like that. BEWARE - if you decide to order from this company you too may run into the issues that many of us have run into. As an update: I had to laugh at this one....... I have been blocked by the owner on her FB page and Instagram page - truth must hurt really bad! Maybe.......if she spent the time that she did on blocking the truth and doing what is right for her business, she would not have received the bad reviews that she is getting.....It is always nice to hear the good comments - but you dont learn from good comments - you learn from your mistakes and the bad comments and use the criticism as a learning tool. My first order was over $160. 00. My 2nd was $60.00. Placed September 4th. I have sent numerous emails to see where my order was. It generally takes a few weeks. He we are at the end of September beginning October. I haven't received an email back from this company this whole month. I ordered from them before with no issues. I placed an order on August 27. I got one call saying that they needed clarification on one piece of an order that exceeded $250. I responded and since then, crickets. I have emailed and emailed and emailed. Nothing. There is no phone number so that is weird. I was told by a friend that she heard that they had issues with a machine but would be back up and working soon, but that doesn't explain why they can't respond to the 10 emails I have sent over a month's time now. An avid scrapbooker's must-go for all my 12" X 12" scrapbooking papers here to perserve my trips. Scrap Your Trip has a good selection of destination cities including foreign cities for stickers, papers, and emblishments. I rate it four stars because shipping and handling is ridiculously expensive for approx. $6.99, which is more than my purchase total of $3.99 for three sheets of 12" X 12" papers. read more

I'd say more like 3 1/2 stars. Here is my take based on the past 3 orders I have made- Pros: No doubt they have a vast selection of papers and custom made die cuts, layouts, etc. They have just about everything you could need for whatever event or occasion you want to scrap. Their prices are on par with every other store out there and there is always some kind of shipping deal. Cons: I don't know if it's just my bad luck or what, but every order I have placed with them has been incomplete due to out of stock merchandise. They obviously don't keep a real time inventory system and allow people to order items they don't have which is very frustrating. Even more annoying is the email I just received today telling me that one of their own in house created die cuts in no longer available. What?? That's like having a Cricut and not ever using one of the images to make a cut again. They can make whatever they want when they want. It's not something that they have to order from an outside vendor. The other big frustration I have with SYT is how slow they are to ship. I placed an order on the night of Oct 23rd. Just today,Oct 31, I received the out of stock email and still have no shipping confirmation. Really? It takes a week to pull together a $50 order? Each time I've ordered it's had been really slow to ship. I don't recommend ordering from here if you are in a rush unless you are willing to pony up the expense for expedited shipping. Give them time or you may be disappointed. Sadly, based on this latest disappointment with SYT, I will be thinking twice about placing an order in the future. read more

ScrapYourTrip is a scrapbooker's dream come true. *Note-I have only ordered online-I do not know if there is an actual store They offer a really unique selection of paper, stickers, and laser die cuts. The quality of the paper is incredible. I mean beautiful paper. A lot of things can be personalized, too. For example, your high school on graduation paper or something I ordered and love-paper with my husband and my name "written" in sand on the beach. They do run specials and holiday items go on clearance. Check often-they are always adding to their inventory. The craft stores haven't caught up with SYT as far as options, and it would be impossible, as the store would have to devote much more space to just scrapbooking. SYT has all sports, all holidays, every place in the world, all hobbies, and Harry Potter! (perfect if you have a Harry-themed birthday party for your child or you visited Universal Studios.) I have placed several orders and have only been disappointed when they were out of some inventory, and the first time I saw the shipping cost I was a bit shocked. You want to place everything on your *Wish List* (not your shopping cart, it will erase if you don't actually purchase) and when you have enough to make it "worth it," place your order. You do get tracking after the order is shipped, and your paper is always protected by cardboard. The processing time can be quick or a few days, longer if you ordered something personalized. Please do not purchase anything from this company. The owner and manager(s) are extremely unprofessional. They may do anything to keep their customers happy, but on the inside, they are rude and do not pay their employees. The employees are constantly told, "Oh, well we are not busy today so do not come in to work tomorrow." "Oh, we cannot access the system, so you will not get paid Friday." "We do not have enough money to pay you all, sorry." Just recently, the employees did not get paid on the correct day. They are told they have to stay late on days AFTER they did NOT get paid to make up for lost time during Hurricane Matthew. Who in the right mind tells their employees they are going to be staying later than regular business hours when they cannot pay them? Insane! The worst part? This is not the first or even second time this has happened in the past couple of years! While their products may be nice and the service may be great, they treat their employees like crap. I sure hope that with these half paychecks that have been given out, that the manager(s) and owner are paying half of the employees bills! read more

First order with scrap your trip. All paper came damaged. The company has a disclaimer so they don't stand behind their product. What they charge for shipping and handling, they could have handled it better. The product came in a simple cardboard mailer, not very solid. The cheapest on the market. No packing material, no wonder it came damaged. They will "sell you insurance" but again you wouldn't need insurance if they packaged properly. They had a large variety of paper, but it is very thin paper not really card stock. I do not recommend this company. This is a review on their online site. Yeah, the prices might be a little steep, but they had a selection unlike their competitors. I was able to find a 10% off code, which helped make them more competitive. The real reason I am writing this review though, is not only did I get my order in a matter of days (much faster than Amazon), but when I opened it there was a hand written note on my invoice thanking me for my order. I have ordered a few times from SYT and am very pleased with the service and delivery. Yes, shipping is expensive but not out of line with other scrapbooking online stores. Their inventory is unique. My suggestion is make the order worth the shipping by accumulating your purchases in your wish list if you are in no hurry for it and purchase all at one time and sometimes they do have free shipping days. read more

Let's start with up-side.The first few times I ordered through SYT, I had no problems. I love their selection and their website makes it easy to find what you are looking for. I placed my orders, and my orders were shipped, no problems. Now the down-side. The last several times I ordered through SYT, it's been nothing but disappointment and frustration. I placed my orders and I received the customary "order received" email. No problem. Well, that's the only information they will send you. After about 2-and-a-half weeks go by and I hear nothing from them, no shipping email, nothing. So I send an email to them asking when my order will ship, and how coincidental, they'll respond to my email saying it shipped that day. This has happened on MORE than one occasion! Because I've experienced a lack of communication with them, I always ask in the comments section when placing my order to please send me shipping/tracking email so I know it was shipped and then I can track it. They NEVER do! One time I was waiting for a month and my order hadn't shipped. After going back and forth with customer service via emails, they kept saying check with them tomorrow, they kept saying it should ship tomorrow. This went on for a couple of weeks, and my order never shipped. After becoming extremely frustrated, I finally got an email from another person in customer service saying she didn't know what happened, they've had some re-organization in their customer service dept, blah, blah, blah...and she was very sorry and gave me a $10.00 credit on my next order. Well that would have been my LAST order with them, but now I had a $10.00 credit, and giving them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they did have problems in their customer service area but it's been resolved. WRONG!! I placed an order, and still two weeks go by and I hear nothing from them as far as my order shipped. So I emailed them and they said my order shipped that day. How coincidental again! I'm wondering if I had NOT emailed them asking where my order was, if they would have ever shipped it! Ok, so this was this past week, and I've been following the tracking information (which I finally received, it's like pulling teeth with them). I live in New England and they ship out of FL. Usually every time it ships up the east coast, well the tracking information now has my order in Las Vegas!!!!! According to the tracking info, it says it should have been delivered TODAY to me, and it's sitting on the other side of the country in Las Vegas NV!!!! Ok so maybe this one is the carrier's fault, but I'm so frustrated with SYT, I WILL NEVER order through them again!!!! I also order through Srapbook.com and Cherry On Top.....and NEVER had a problem with either of these two places. You place the order and you get it in a couple of days AND they communicate with you when the order ships!! So sadly enough, I will not be giving SYT any more business. read more

They have a large selection of paper and other scrapbooking supplies and I've ordered from them before. I recently ordered again from them and every single sheet of paper was shipped damaged. Some woman, lani, who turned out to be completely unhelpful but is apparently the only one who "works" at this business kept insisting that I take a picture of the damaged paper. I kept trying to explain to her that the bend in the paper would not show well in the pictures. So I took a picture of one of the pieces of paper that showed the bend the best and she said she would refund me for that sheet of paper. Is she serious?? That's completely unacceptable!!! I paid $6 for shipping and they sent me damaged crap and now they think I'm going to pay to ship it back to them??? What planet are they living on that they actually think this is how you treat (repeat) customers. No one answers the phone when I call and no one other than useless lani even responds to emails and she only answers to say she's can't help me. It's more like she won't help me because she has absolutely no concept of customer service. It's too bad great products are being held hostage by a bunch of incompetents.
