This was my first trip to Vail and first time dealing with Gore Creek. Late check-in (at 1am) was simple. The keys were left for me in a tiny afterhours pickup area about a mile from the vacation home. The house is beautiful on the inside and has a shockingly thorough stock of amenities. We cooked a full dinner two nights in a row (steak, veggies, potatoes, etc) and were only able to do it because the kitchen was SO WELL STOCKED. There were appliances for almost every need (coffee maker, toaster, blender, whatever) and cooking supplies everywhere including a diverse spice rack, oil, ample pots, pans, and dishes. Only more impressive was that everything was so well organized and labeled in the kitchen too. The flow of the house is great. The living room space nicely bends around beautiful vaulted windows to a huge sectional couch. The flatscreen TV w/cable, in-unit laundry, and *perfectly working * hot tub put it over the top. Extra points awarded as the hot tub appeared to be pre-heated by the Gore Creek staff before our arrival! The shuttle system to vail is efficient and painless. I was never waiting more than 10 minutes coming or going, and local pickup in the neighborhood was great. I chartered a Colorado Mountain Express (CME) shuttle one-way back to Denver airport and they picked me up at door with no problems. Again, perfect experience. I would recommend this property to anyone and also recommend the management company to anyone.

Specifically, we stayed in "Pitkin Creek #5R" We arrive around 4:00pm and our paperwork was located in the "Gore Creek Properties" office. The office wasn't opened but our package answered all the questions we had. The condo was on the other side of the parking lot facing the gorgeous mountains and a lovely waterfall. Our stay was very comfortable. The water pressure and temperature was great. The condo was a little warm upstairs (no A/C). However, we opened the window at night and turned on the fan which helped a lot! The internet was fast and there were a lot of movies and a DVD player. The condo looked and felt very clean. The kitchen was also stocked with everything we needed. There is also a little market/liquor store located right downstairs which was awesome! The second night we stayed there we were watching a movie and one of the neighbors asked us to turn it down. We had the volume at level 30 which we thought was reasonable; however, we did not want to disturb anyone so we turned it down to 20. We had to pause the movie each time we grabbed more popcorn as the rustling of the bag was louder than the TV! Just be cautious of sensitive neighbors. We were less than 15 minutes from the Town of Vail which was perfect! If you go to Vail on Sunday make sure to visit the Farmer's Market! Overall, our trip was lovely and we would definitely book with Gore Creek again!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The other highlight was that there is a gorgeous path and stream you can walk along behind the houses (and nearby hotel). It's picturesque and even has fish. I'm giving it only a 4 star review because when we arrived at the property we were surprised to find that our house sat on a corner overlooking a hotel and large parking lot. If we used our hot tub we were staring at the hotel windows and the parking lot. It was not scenic or at all private, which was disappointing, especially given the pricing for the property. They had other properties which were farther away from the hotel which would have been much nicer.

Day 2 we head out for a hike and notice a horrible smell in the basement form both bathrooms. We call to report that morning to paragon so someone can check it out. While we're gone I get correspondence from Paragon relaying they are sending out additional repairmen. Apparently something is wrong with the tank. I decided to call at 5pm as we'd been out all day hiking and having a late lunch to see if the bathrooms were usable. The staff communicate no water was to be run which meant no shower and no toilets. When I asked Paragon staff what type of compensation we would get for the major inconvenience, she responded...you should feel grateful the basement didn't flood. Apparently Paragon wasn't grateful we helped them by reporting the smell immediately?! As for that evening, it was the ONLY night we had reservations for a nice evening out to dinner therefore a shower was necessary. We return back to the house all windows and garage door wide open with all of our belongs inside without anyone making repairs. It was left open by the repairman, his response when he got back..."I was only gone for a little while." Oh and...it smelt like literal s**t!! The smell was nauseating! At this point we made efforts to arrange new lodging but everywhere was booked. Finally the repairs were made and everyone showered and we left for dinner. Upon returning home, we continued to endure the smell and left by 10am the next morning. After my flight home, I decided to call Paragon to get a nights credit. After spending over $2200, all paragon would do is reimburse us $450. They claimed we cannot reimburse taxes and fees. Needless to say I am not thrilled with the level of service nor refund from Paragon. I would not use them again they took no accountability and extremely dissatisfied with level of customer service. Paragon claims to rent high end properties how the service does not match.

Second the views were breathtaking! Third the amenities were unreal! They have EVERTHING here: badminton, mini golf, axe growing, volley ball, fishing, swimming pool, horseback riding, craft cabin, pool hall, escape room! I would recommend visiting the YMCA of the Rockies to anyone of all ages, families, friends, co-workers, anyone. This place has everything. You will not want to leave the property. We played volleyball next to an elk! It doesn't get better than this!

Licking stains on the wall, asphyxiating smoking smell and an unhanded looking hallway. The apartment 211 is a complete disappointment and a very low-bar offer by the Vail Resort Rentals: old old old, smell like old, the fridge makes a noise because it's from the 80s, stove and exhaust fan are also from the 80s, the bathrooms faucet, and shower are from the early 80s). The carpet is disgusting and the towels (stiff, small, and thin), pillows, and sheets lowest quality than from any Holiday Inn. This property could not be rented by Vail Resort Rentals, a company which supposedly provides good properties to rent,; instead, this property could simply be on Airbnb or vrbo, platforms that don't pretend to provide anything else than a means between landlord and tenants. For health issues, the smell is unbearable, trigging my husband's and my allergy. The smell is the non-negotiable item. Do yourself a favor, don't pay $999 per night here, don't trust the name this company used to inspire the customers, don't deal with "There's nothing we can do", "My manager has the day off today and tomorrow", "We've never had problems before", "I'll have the housekeeping take a look" (the housekeeping crew has a limit to what they are able to do in a 30+ year apartment). Instead, invest the exact same amount staying at The Marriot Vail Mountain Resort, a 5-star hotel for the same price. You will get what you want and the value your money worth. Most importantly, you will then enjoy your stay, be in a clean and healthy space, and be comfortable.

This cute little house sits right on Main St and is directly behind the Peak 8 gondolas at Breckenridge. There were 16 of us who stayed in the house and there was plenty of room! There are 5 master rooms, 1 room with twin beds, 1 room with 4 bunk beds, 7 bathrooms, a nice kitchen with 6 burners, and two large TV rooms. I'm slightly claustrophobic and thought that I would have a minor freak out but in the end, I couldn't tell that there were 16 people roaming around. Next time there is a large group going up for the weekend, I will look here first. I loved the history of the house, in which the owners gladly share with you.

While it looks like a small, quaint home from the outside, it completely opens once inside, and easily accommodates a large group. The entrance to the home is to the rear and faces the mountain, sharing a parking lot with Blue River Bistro and almost adjacent to Daylight Donuts, the locals' favorite spot for donuts and breakfast sandwiches. The home is not ski in/ski out, but a very close walk to the gondola that takes you to the base of the mountain. The location on Main Street is fantastic to enjoy the true ski town of Breckenridge, as shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars are right down the street in easy walking distance. Upon entering the house, you go thru a small ski/dry room for we skis/snowboards (this, in fact, was the only thing we wished was a little larger in the house) and into a large dining area, complete with a large dining room table. The kitchen, complete with a welcome bottle of wine & owners' contact information, is slate tile on the floors, stainless steel appliances, and a Viking grill with pop-up background. The living room(s), there are two, are furnished with excellent taste, Pottery Barn-style, and comfortable. The front living room (near the kitchen) has a large drop-down projection screen, fantastic for watching NFL football on the Sunday afternoon we were there. The back room also has a 42inch+ TV that was used for watching movies while the game was on, and also for more quiet reading and relaxation. The bedrooms are all fantastically furnished, sleigh beds, comfortable furnishings and accoutrements, with TVs in most of the rooms. Most are queen-size beds, and there is a bedroom in the basement with two sets of bunk beds. One of the bedrooms even has a large hot tub in the bathroom, that easily fits 4-6 people. Lastly, outside, there's a hot tub on the deck, fantastic for relaxing after a long hard day on the mountain. The owners were fantastic to deal with, and overrall, this is just simply a fantastic ski retreat! (Only caveat is to watch out for the town cops...they're ready to trap and record speeding tickets)

Mountain Plaza Right by the Lift, In the middel of the village. Restaurant within Mountain Plaza - Endo Restaurant & Bar. Amenities: Its okay but still nicer than motels. Cabin like hotel. Management is at the Copper Mountain Plaza. There is spa & sauna. Recreational Center is a short walk. But everything at Coppermountain is really close walking distance. Include: Soap, Shampoo, Towels, etc... Not Include: Conditioner

It was obviously just renovated, with plush shaggy carpet, beautiful stonework around the fireplace, new furniture, and a gorgeous, fully-stocked kitchen. The bedroom sports two king sized beds with fresh elegant comforters and a ridiculous number of shams and decorative pillows. The box fans were nice as the unit got stuffy during the day (though I wish Copper Mountain hadn't felt the need to move large objects with forklifts and bobcats after 9 p.m. BOTH nights). The unit faces the highway, not the mountain, but we weren't bothered by any traffic noise and my toddler enjoyed watching people riding paddle boats on the lake.
