First let me start off by saying that I thought when I picked this company that I was picking the…read moreright company I called about getting a quote they showed up the next day to give me a quote but then that's when the trouble started I had to call him three times to get him to come out and do my driveway which took almost two months after I accepted there quote which I accepted their quote on the same day in which they came out to give me the quote then after that I've had problems with streaks in my driveway and can't get them to come back out or even give me a call the lady at the office will call me back and tell me that the supervisor is going to get in touch with me but I can't get the supervisor to come out and look at my drive so even if they come out and do something with it which according to their website says they 100% guarantee your satisfaction or we'll do it again I still would not never recommend this company to do anything for me just based on their customer service is not adequate

They did not finish the job. I was charged $125 for the mowing services. They told me edging,…read moremowing, and blowing was included. I asked for lawn stripping but they did it with a push mower and down to 2 inches. The stripping came out terribly and I had beautiful grass that I had been taking a lot of time out to care for. Way too short and it took way too long. I asked for mulch and that was $300 so that went fine but the whole job of mulch placement plus mowing took nearly 6 hours because they came unprepared as well. They left grass behind on the driveway and they didn't edge. They left grass behind on the yard (stragglers) and did not get the grass along the fence line. I also asked them to get the grass they left behind and said they would but did not. They were happy to take my money though. I would not recommend them. I feel like I was scammed. I took a chance on employing them and it turns out I got burned. I do hope they read this review and treat others better and give better customer service. They made $425 all together with much unfinished and my son had to go back out and fix. On top of this I told them I'm selling my house and was getting photos taken so I was looking for something nice. They totally made my day - Mother's Day - not joyful.

At that time I left a bad review and they reached out saying it was an employee that no longer works there and wanted me to give them a second chance. My bad!!! I gave them a second chance and deleted my review. They gave me an outrageous quote which was sent to my insurance company. My insurance kept reaching out to them, trying to come to an agreement but CMS would not reply. CMS wanted me to forward a statement that they had wrote ( pretending it was me) to my insurance company. Outrageous!!! They stopped responding to me and my insurance company. As we were reaching the end of the year and rain hitting I had to move on. I reached out to another company, had my roof replaced and still have yet to hear from CMS. Outrageous I DO NOT recommend!
