I've watched her get homes sold in record time. I've watched her get above asking price for her sellers. I've watched her win multiple offer bids for her buyers time and time again. And I've watched her do this all with a smile on her face because this woman LOVES her job...she loves it. Kimberly is committed, professional, honest, and a straight-shooter. She is constantly in touch with you, and I've never waited more than a couple hours to hear back from her. She makes you feel like yours is her only transaction even though she's a busy and well-established agent. I've worked with many agents over the years and I can honestly say that Kimberly runs circles around them. Call her, you will be glad you did!!!

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Lindsay Baker…read more Communication is nonexistent. Phone calls are ignored, and emails--if they are answered at all--are met with a rude, dismissive attitude. For a professional responsible for managing tenants and property, this level of disregard is inexcusable. We rented one of her properties for 2.5 years and dealt with constant, unresolved issues the entire time: peeling paint throughout the home, repeated water leaks that flooded rooms, a roach infestation tied to those leaks, roof rats, and a broken pool fence that remained unrepaired for nearly a year. These are not minor inconveniences--they are serious habitability concerns that were never properly addressed. When we finally reached our limit and moved out, we were told the property would be listed immediately so we could be released from our contract. That was not true. Three months later, the house is still sitting in the same neglected condition--peeling paint, broken fence--and has not even been put on the market. Meanwhile, all communication has stopped completely. No responses to emails for over a month, and calls continue to go unanswered. This experience has been beyond frustrating--it has been negligent and completely unprofessional from start to finish. If you are considering renting from or working with this agent, don't. Save yourself the time, money, and stress.

I obtained Fort Lowell Realty in 2021 to manage my duplex. In the beginning, I had responsive and…read morecommunicative property managers. However, from 2021 to 2025 they went through four different managers. I would have one person, everything would seem to be going well and then abruptly they'd tell me someone else was being assigned. In 2025, I was again assigned a new manager, Andrea R. and communication significantly declined in comparison to other property managers I had been assigned. Emails would often go unanswered for long periods of time. Everything fell apart during a tenant move-out at the end of 2025. Before the tenant moved out, I provided the original lease and deposit records to Andrea so there would be no confusion. During the scheduled move-out, the assigned manager was unavailable, and the person who performed the move-out inspection took not one photo. I had to step in myself after tenant departure to take move-out condition photos because Fort Lowell staff didn't do it. The departing tenant was instructed to leave the keys unsecured in the mailbox after 5:30pm, which was very concerning because they didn't set up a lockbox for the tenant to securely leave the keys after the inspection. In addition to all of this, they issued a security deposit refund using rents from another unit to the tenant before fully reviewing damages. Keep in mind I held the deposits, but they did not consult me or provide me with the breakdown and obtain my authorization before refunding the money that I should have provided from the deposit account not use rents from another unit's tenant. To make matters completely insanely worse, the refund included money that had already been returned years earlier to a prior co-tenant! After I began formally requesting proper documentation and correction of the accounting, communication became worse. I sent a written notice under the contract giving them nearly a month to fix the issues. The problems were not fully corrected. After I terminated the agreement with proper 30-day notice, communication completely stopped, they did not follow up with me with requested documentation and stopped responding to my other unit's tenant they were still managing in this timeframe. I have still not received the complete documentation or the remaining funds in my owner account. I also later discovered that another tenant had gone six months without a properly executed lease renewal, and I was never informed. As a landlord, you need clear communication, accurate accounting, and proper handling of deposits. In my experience, those basic protections were not consistently in place. In addition, Fort Lowell's team is extremely unprofessional, completely ignoring clients, being condescending, and just displaying levels of incompetence I didn't know could exist. If you're a property owner, I would not recommend you use Fort Lowell. In fact, RUN!

I have not heard back from him at all in spite of follow up calls, emails, texts from me and from his colleagues. I think he is one of those realtor who only responds to money in the works. His online presence brands himself as someone who is an expert on how to make money and chase real estate profits from others and nothing about service and giving back. Online posts of pictures and videos if not taken down upon home sale and home owner request is classified as an ethics violation by AZ Association of REALTORS. I will be filing my complaints via other channels to have my privacy protected. Updates: After working frustratingly on my own, I managed to have my private online information removed that were posted by Brian North and weren't removed within the reasonable time as required by ARMLS. Beware of this realtor who sells luxury real estate. He doesn't respect his buyer/sell's privacy and safety after a transaction is closed and he already has his commission money.

Now that I moved out they kept my whole 2300 dollar deposit over a few weeds in the yard and repainting the house they just put up for sale. Do they not know what wear and tear is? Im pretty sure a cheap flat paint is only good for 1-2 years. I lived in their property for over 4 years fighting for repairs to be done while the roof leaks destroyed my personal property with nothing from them other than a 5 gallon bucket of Henry's roof sealant and stained drywall. I would never rent from this company no matter what. I returned the property cleaner than I moved into it as a "brand new" remodel and this is how they will treat you also. Renters be aware

Come Monday morning at 8:30, I hadn't heard back on Zillow, so I texted them to confirm that they would meet me at 11AM. An hour later they said they would meet me at 11AM ... and then AT 11AM, while I'm standing with my husband in front of the unit, I got a text message asking me if we are still meeting at 11AM?! The first excuse was that they didn't know if we were still meeting. The second excuse was that they had an emergency at a nearby rental property and I could wait for them to arrive * We had driven 45 minutes to see this property and had a tight schedule with other appointments elsewhere*. Very unprofessional. First impressions were bad and then I read other reviews... Dodged a bullet!
