He didn't come out to the recovery area post surgery to brief myself or my wife on the procedure outcome. The follow up appointment was with his NP, who simply said it looks OK. and that was it, done. My research pointed to a lot of surgeons suggesting the wearing an abdominal binder for 6 weeks but his office or instructions didn't mention anything. I followed his post surgical procedures and instructions exactly but the results are underwhelming.

Dr. Stember gave us a warm greeting and was very Thorough, Intelligent, Friendly, Kind, Honest, & Very Easy to Understand (No strong accent). I had Gastric Bypass Surgery in 2017 and a Bilateral-Brachioplasty & Panniculectomy in February, as well. Dr. Stember was able to talk to me about them in detail and not flinch when certain things were said. He is a Very Smart man & worth listening to. I always accompany my husband to his appointments, and Dr. Zabinski takes a moment to ask how I'm doing as well. That kind of personal care and attention is rare and very much appreciated. It's important to note that Dr. Zabinski recently changed offices and now has a wonderful staff who are professional, kind, and efficient. The new office runs smoothly, and the environment feels much more welcoming. Unfortunately, some of the older reviews still reflect issues from his previous office staff, which no longer applies. I have a tendency to kidney stones, and he monitors those closely for me. When they get too large to pass safely, he proactively suggests treatment before they start their excruciating passage from the kidney. I have also relied on him to surgically remove a prostate tumor that involved the bladder as well. In short, he's taken good care of my urological needs over the years. His new office staff is very helpful. If they can't answer the phone, I get a call back within 30 minutes.
