The way it is now, they charge rip off prices for example almost $600.00 for just 2 half hearing aid molds I stupidly paid for it via my credit card and then the next day I realized the price was just outrageous. I asked for an immediate refund a manager there said I could get a refund by CHECK not by credit card (which was how I originally paid). She assured me I will get credit back in 2 weeks ! I NEVER got the refund at all and I followed up several more times then finally I called the owner via relay and asked for his cooperation in refunding me the money. He kept putting it off too and the check finally arrived today (a month later). DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AT ALL (so you do not experience this). Meanwhile I went elsewhere and had my molds done they did a fantastic job and the cost of these 2 half hearing aid molds were a fraction of the cost of this terrible Associates in Hearing Healthcare place. No wonder all the former workers under Elizabeth (previous owner who retired and sold the business) quit this place under new ownership. I have never ever experienced anything like the above before, and just want to let anyone know what this new place is like. Like other people say in the Reviews section this new place has totally went downhill they are right.

I went to the office, returned the loaner hearing aid and again asked for my deposit back. After several emails and promises of mailing me a check, my deposit was never returned. I got in touch with my credit card company. I was refunded the money. The credit card company never received a response. I went on Amazon and for $20 got a head band that relieves the tinnitus while I sleep. STAY AWAY STAY FAR AWAY........

After seeing numerous specialists, under going countless tests and various treatments. I was told my hearing loss was permanent and due to an autoimmune disorder causing inflammation on my trigeminal nerve. I resorted to wearing a hearing aid in attempt to balance out my senses and drown out the debilitating tinnitus. At 47 years old, I was at a low point. I felt like my body was failing me. I thought I was eating healthy and lived an active lifestyle yet I would consistently wake in a fog, my joints ached and I felt exhausted all the time. I struggled to get a good night's sleep. I was depressed with the thought this is the way the rest of my life would be. In came Davina to the rescue. She suspected my ailments stemmed from a leaky gut and an imbalance in my microbiome which ultimately was affecting my entire body. To confirm, she suggested testing of the bacteria levels in my gut. I was skeptical but willing to give it a try. The tests indicated my gut indeed had an overgrowth of "unhealthy" bacteria and deficient levels of healthy bacteria. I could not hear clearly out of the hearing aid and the tip caused pain in my ear. So after 3 weeks, I returned the hearing aid. The hearing aid cost $2,700. I was charged a $500 restocking fee. It's been 7 weeks, and I am still waiting for the balance of my refund. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Sure Hearing Aid office to anyone. I went to Scott Wilson Hearing Aid in Medford. They are letting me try their hearing aid for 2 weeks for free ... no money down, and made sure it fit my ear canal and was working before I left the office. They scheduled me for a follow up in one week to double check the fit and hearing quality. Much better business to deal with.
