We found out about Ryan the Balloon guy from social media (Chickfila often hires him and posts it…read moreon their Facebook). The creations I saw online were awesome but just a small snapshot of what he can really do. We hired him for my daughters birthday and the kids in her class had a LOT of special requests. I was so impressed by his ability to make every single idea. From mooses to Spider-Man, bulldozers, flying Superman hats, adorable Minnie Mouse ears complete with headbands, ponies, you name it, he did it. The special birthday hat he made for my daughter was so intricate! Was very hard working during the hour we booked him, we had 20 kids and they all got at least one. He was on time, polite and we will absolutely hire him again. He put a smile on our guests faces - very important when youre hosting a party. And it was as if their balloon toy was a "goody bag" item they got to take home.

I have been singing and hosting karaoke shows since 1999, from Nashville to San Diego I love…read morechecking out local spots for a good show. In a town full of karaoke shows and karaoke rooms, this one finds itself at the low end of the spectrum. Having seen him host at numerous bars around the Hampton Roads area I would rate his sound a 3.5/5 as he will randomly bump the bass up on slow songs drowning out singers, showmanship I'd give a 3/5 as he will call people by the wrong names and and doesn't have much hosting flair, I'd give him a 2/5 for singing rotation as he lacks the digital list that most hosts have transitioned to over the last decade that lets singers know when they are up, and the most egregious hosting sin, he will cherry-pick his list to get his locals and friends can sing more or leave once they have gotten to sing multiple times to others 1 time or even none. Over all his town shows are a 2.8. I cannot speak to private events but would assume the would be better as the playlist and rotation are generally controlled by those that are paying for the Show.

Gary set up 2 hours before his scheduled start time to make sure his equipment fully operational prior to the arrival of the first guest. Based on the average age of the attendees, I doubted there would be too much interest in the karaoke aspect. I was wrong, Gary was able to entice many to show off their singing skills. The guests didn't want the party to end, so Gary agreed to stay an additional hour. It was a great experience, and wouldn't hesitate to use Gary for any function. Highly recommend him.

He paid attention to every detail I threw at him and he was VERY quick to respond when I had questions (even at later times of the night, haha). He called me a few days before the wedding so that we could go over the song choices and the itinerary. I loved how detailed he was and how he was involved with every step. I had some pretty unique song choices in there and Bobby made sure he found every single one of them! I even asked him, a month or 2 before the wedding, if he'd be able to come to Richmond for the rehearsal. He gladly accepted and it was no hassle to add it to our contract! On the day of the rehearsal, Bobby kept things running smoothly and was so nice and funny to everyone that he met. On my actual wedding day, Bobby was very diligent at staying on schedule and keeping my guests PARTYING all night long. I have heard from so many of my guests at how the dance floor did not stop, ALL NIGHT! So many people kept coming up to me, telling me that this is the most fun they've ever had at a wedding before and I truly believe Bobby had a lot to do with that. He has been an absolute pleasure to work with and I will undoubtedly recommend him to anyone else looking to hire a fun and fantastic wedding DJ. Thank you so much to Bobby for making my Star Wars wedding a truly unforgettable night!
