I believe the balloon brand is Orbz - HIGHLY recommend this brand if you're looking for something to last for a special occasion. Customer service was second to none, the owner was very nice and polite and ready to assist. The store is a little on the old side and could do with a make over inside - but there's still some great products on offer. It's not the cheapest, but as there isn't a Party City for miles, you're paying more for convenience than anything else. Costumes inside for rent, if that's your thing... definitely worth checking out if you're pressed for time and need some celebratory balloons ASAP.

This is modern, international, SOULFUL, spectacle of immense talent. Lighting, sets, sound engineering, and costuming were all accomplished very well. The performances were out of this world!!! The acrobatic skill level was the best I've seen in years! The two muscle/strength guys- I still don't know how you did it!?!?! Hats off to the high fliers and all those who performed way up in the air defying gravity. The show was excellent. The message of family and each generation bringing the next along and upward was touching. At the end, all the cultures and nations of the performers were highlighted. Very touching display of pride.

He showed up in plenty of time to set up at both locations and was incredibly organized through the entire process. He even stayed later than we originally agree because everyone was still having so much fun! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a DJ for any type of event!

Robert was so good with the kids, taking time to break down sailing basics for the kids and just so good at engaging them. The 30-minute session tried their attention a bit, but as a plus, it gave us adults an opportunity to take controls towards the end of the session. Note that you can call to make a reservation (at least for a weekday!), so we knew that making the trip into Norfolk would not mean any sort of wait time or risk of not having a change to try it.

I went to Pinot's Palette in Norfolk with my sister and nephew for a Wednesday night paint-and-sip…read moreclass, and we had such a good time! This was our first time here, although I've done quite a few paint-and-sip classes before. Our painting was a field of sunflowers, and I have to say, this was definitely one of the more technically challenging paintings I've done at one of these classes. That downward-facing sunflower was no joke , but it was still really fun and rewarding to see everything come together. Tracie led our class, and she and Star are the owners. They were both incredibly personable, welcoming, and helpful throughout the night. Star was working the bar and helping out around the studio, while Tracie walked us through the painting step by step. Our class was pretty small, only seven people total, which I actually enjoyed because it made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal. I also really liked the space itself. The studio is much bigger than I expected, and they even have a separate room in the back for glow-in-the-dark painting classes. They showed us how the paintings glow under the UV lights, and it was SO cool. I'd definitely come back to try one of those classes. They also mentioned that the studio had actually flooded just the week before our class, which made it even more impressive that they had everything back up and running so quickly. One of the sinks was still out of commission because of the flood, but it didn't interfere with the class or our experience at all. Overall, we had a really enjoyable night. The atmosphere was fun, the studio was spacious, the painting gave us a little bit of a challenge, and Tracy and Star made the experience even better with how friendly and helpful they were. I'll definitely be back, and next time I might have to try that glow-in-the-dark room!

I always enjoy time with my sister and son, and I really like doing things that remind me of my mom. As soon as we went in we were greeted right away, had IDs checked for those of us old enough to drink, and we were able to get seated. Before getting started, we had the option of going to the bar. They offer a nice variety of wine, seltzers, and non alcohol options. There are also snacks available for purchase. Our hosts for the night were Tracy and Star. The class was a small one of about 7. They provide everything you need! This painting required a little more skill than I am used to, but the instructor was kind and very patient. I didn't feel rushed at all, and had no issues with getting help as needed. We were all happy with how our paintings turned out! My son really enjoyed his first paint night and said it's something he would do again. I've been to a few paint nights in the area, and I really enjoyed my time at Pinot. I've been to others where it seemed a bit too serious. This was fun! I'd love to come back and do one of their backlight paintings they offer where you paint in the dark and your art glows! *For the best pricing, book directly on their website!
