My work schedule is crazy and I had a hard time making time to get it to their shop. They gladly came and picked it up from my work and took it back to the shop to begin repairs. They worked with the insured party and we didn't have to deal with it. That called me a few days later and told me it was ready. My husband (a car guy) and I, went to pick it up. He checked it out really well. He crawled under it looking for any imperfections with the repairs and found that it was truely repaired as it was never in an accident at all. They replaced all bad parts with OEM parts. They did exceptional work on my Jeep and truely can't tell anything ever happened. Struggling with the other insurance party was a real pain. But dealing with Platinum was a real treat and these guys here know exactly what they are doing. Hands down. I will always send all of my work to these guys because they are truely the best and their work speaks for itself. Thankyou so much for everything. A truely happy customer.

Not ideal but fine. 4 and a half hours later, my girlfriend and I are calling them to ask for updates every 15 mins because it is getting dark and the map is showing that the driver we were assigned is only driving FURTHER AWAY. Then our calls started going straight to voicemail so I assume the dispatcher or office worker was fed up and was intentionally screening our calls. In the end they NEVER came, we were forced to abandon the car on the side of the road until the next morning when we submitted a new request to a different company who was there in 45 minutes. I've done it before when there was nobody to call and as much fun as it can be, it's the sound of coins hitting the ground, not glass when it's repair time. First call, owner Wes picks up and on his day off, hops into his personal vehicle and heads over to me, time frame given. Not out of the realm of surprise, some yahoo smacks up his vehicle creating mass delays but Wes is a local who knows the area very well. Sending me a text about the amended time due to the crash, Wes wove his way through back roads, arriving just moments beyond his original estimation. Working the wedge, pumping the pump and the reaching poker -- the sound of the power locks disengaging was never so sweet. Additionally performing a door adjustment that only a trained eye could easily identify, my bill was so reasonable. I've never been so happy to hand over money for a service provided, under a stressful set of circumstances -- not even bail money could compare.. kidding.
