I've known Scott since 2016. I cannot thank him more. He is not only a helpful and sincere friend to me, but also a very professional & knowledgable real estate agent. Recently, I planned to purchase an investment property. Last week, another agent found one in Willow Glen and brought it to me. So, I wrote an offer with him. However, what made me feel uncomfortable was that the agent talked me into give a high offer, and he also wrote 2 months of rent back without telling me. My offer got accepted and I had one day to make deposit. Then, the agent called me and said "I think I probably have put two months rent back in the offer. Have you noticed?" I was shocked. I totally didn't know. I understand, as a responsible adult, I should pay enough attention myself when I e-signed the offer. But he, as a real estate agent, has the responsibility to explain all the terms to me before I sign. It made me really upset! Fortunately, I gave Scott a call and asked him for advice. Scott came highly recommended to us by our credit union and their real estate department. So when we decided to look into buying a home, we gave him a call (it was a weekend day if I recall).
