I'm calling you all for assistance and she is the one asking me all of the questions. After providing her with my citation number, she immediately said "you have a bench warrant" my response was no I do not. I just went to court yesterday. She said no I'm asking you do you have a bench warrant??? she originally asked me for my license number. I told her I didn't have that so we went with the ticket number then this is what she says? I told her thank you anyways, and I excused myself off the phone. The assistant is already too confused. I have no desire to do any business with this company. I didn't even get a chance to speak with the attorney so I do want to say that. However, how confused the assistant is, I want no dealings. Good luck.
