I truly felt that Mr. Habib did not spend enough time on my case and just took the first offer the District Attorney gave him. While I did get a reduction, I still got 2 points for driving 45 mph in 30 mph area. Mr. Habib convinced me that this was the best offer that I was going to get. While this ended up being a nominal fee ($243) on top of the attorney fees ($300), because of the points, it ended up costing me thousands of dollars on my car insurance rates. I read the great reviews of Yelp and picked this firm since I am all the way in California. But I should have done more research. I just thought that since this was such an easy case any attorney should be able to take care of it. Apparently not. Please shop around or if you can, fight the case yourself. I have had much better success going that route in the past. These attorneys will do the minimal amount of work to justify their rates. It's just a numbers game to them. Service as many clients as they can. Stay away.
