As it turns out he suggested that I wait to retain legal counsel until a point in the future (he explained when I should make that move if and when it comes). Another less knowledgeable attorney I spoke with said he could help me and wanted me to retain him on right on the spot. Meeting with Michael made me feel much better regarding my family's situation. As I was hanging up the phone, I heard her inner primate come out, yelling at me because I asked her if she was okay because she seemed to be disoriented and mumbling... As Tyler Childers wrote, "I don't know if it's the wine or the coke that made her sound like her jaw was broke. She's trying hard to make some sense but she ain't worth a dime." PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF YOUR FAMILY, STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS WOMAN AS YOU CAN!!! SHE REEKS OF INSTABILITY.

Extremely Disappointed With This Representation…read more I paid this law firm $5,000 for representation, and I honestly feel like I received little to no value for that money. Throughout my case, there was so much miscommunication that I was left without a clear understanding of what my sentence would actually involve and what would be expected of me. I repeatedly felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, my questions were not properly answered, and important details about my plea, probation, and license were not clearly explained to me. I often had to chase down answers myself and do my own research just to understand what was happening with my own case. When I did speak with my attorney, I often felt talked down to and treated as though my questions were a burden. I expected professional communication and patience, especially considering the amount of money I paid for representation. For $5,000, I expected someone who would communicate with me, prepare me, explain my options, listen to my concerns, and actually advocate for me. Instead, I felt like my case was treated as though it wasn't important. Quite honestly, I feel I would have received the same level of attention from a free public defender--and at least then I wouldn't have paid $5,000 expecting personalized legal representation. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I would not recommend this firm to anyone who expects their attorney to communicate with them, treat them with respect, answer their questions, and genuinely advocate for their interests. $5,000 is a significant amount of money. I expected significantly more than what I received.

Finally, its May, what we thought would be our final court date turns into a complete dismissal of our petition because numnuts once again tried to petition yet ANOTHER postponement but the court said no. By now, our grandson had been living with us from more than 6 months so the court used that as a legal means to bow out and told us to start ALL OVER AGAIN in our home state!!!
