There is a reason LG Plumbing has five stars…read more I called earlier this week with a small leak on top of my water tank. Lenny and his son were willing to come out on a Sunday but when availability popped up, they came out as soon as they could. They worked quickly with minimal disruption and improved the layout of the piping to make it easier for future work. He was upfront about pricing, and when the problem was worse than what I had initially showed him, he took me through the entire thing and explained my systems layout, and explained why each issue needed to be fixed. All of my questions were answered quickly and confidently. It turned out there was a second leak that I hadn't noticed, but fortunately he is thorough and they caught it before it became an even bigger problem. I took his advice and decided to have them fix the entire thing rather than do a patch knowing they'd need to come out when the other side failed. I found his pricing extremely fair considering the amount of work that they did and how the finished job looked... and they even stayed later than they had planned to fix the stopper in our tub so we could give our one year-old a proper bath. He and his son are nice, honest, and they didn't try to feed me any BS. I felt comfortable with them in my home and won't hesitate for a second the next time I need a plumber. I suggest you end your search too and give LG Plumbing a call.

I called them and their answering service said they would have their on-call tech give me a call !5 minutes later I received a call. He asked if I had shut the main water shutoff valve off, I told him I had just moved into the house and did not know where it was. He instructed me where and what to look for in my basement. I found it and shut the water. He told me he could come out that evening but if I could get through the night and wait till the next morning, I could save 50% on the labor charge since overtime rates were mandatory. They sent a tech at 8:30 the next morning and within 2 hours the piping was replaced, and he installed some insulation to prevent future freezing of the pipe section. Very professional operation. Thanks, Steve L.

When the gas water…read moreheater in our rental unit flooded the basement, I wasn't sure who to call or how soon I could get someone there. I remembered Landry had serviced our gas furnace and checked their web site to see if they also did gas water heaters and discovered they offer a whole range of services I wasn't even aware of. I called Landry about 8:30 in the morning and the scheduler said they could have someone there by noon. They beat that estimate - I got a call from the technician who said they were on their way and would be there about 10:15, less than 2 hours after I called. They first assessed the situation, had a lengthy discussion with my husband (a retired contractor) who had lots of questions, all of which were answered thoroughly and to his satisfaction. When it was determined a replacement was necessary - no patching or temporary fix - they had the same model on the site within the hour. The work was prompt, clean, and met my husband's stringent standards. Now that we know they also provide full electrical services, we will be calling them to add an electric panel to our rental property. Our previous electrician has been delaying the job literally for months, despite back and forth emails and texts to try to get him on site. Having earned our trust and demonstrated the quality of both their people and their work, Landry Mechanical is now our "go to" for any services we need.
