Is concerned for overall installation and operations of his equipment/materials. Has a good sense of humor and is aware of his time spent and has good work ethics. Analyzes current equipment and makes recommendations if needed for YOU to decide if yes or no. All in all a pleasure to work with on a short or long term basis.

I called a plumbing company named Fraziers after I could not get water pressure. Adam, the plumber from Fraziers, couldn't find the problem. I was going to call the guy who closed our place in the fall, but he was so unprofessional when closing, and he made a mess of things, that I could not call him again. I should have known better to call him in the first place when I called to have him close because he seemed like he didn't want to work or wanted to help. He had a bad attitude and was short, like we were wasting his time. Anyway, the plumber was Fraziers could not find the problem so the guy from Schmitz was just down the block so we went to ask him if he had any ideas. Now I'm a teacher and teachers share info and strategies all the time. It's just what we do. I also have a brother who is an electrian and teaches classes at NWTC in Green Bay. He also said it is common practice for tradesmen to share thoughts. It's called professionalism. When we approached him, he looked at us like why are you talking to me? We asked if he had an idea of what could be the problem, his comment was, "Are you hiring me to get information?" I couldn't believe what I was hearing. The plumber from Fraziers held his composure. I walked away and the two plumbers contined to talk for a bit. Long story short, I had to hire the guy from Schmitz to come and solve the problem. I don't have a problem paying people for their service, but the Schmitz guy was at my place for at least 10 seconds, and he got back in his truck and drove away. After he left, I went back to see what he did, and he basically turned the valve off and made one full turn of the valve to solve the problem. I don't understand why he couldn't share the little quirk of that valve. I would not call that company again. The owner is cranky and very impatient. Don't waste your time. Fraziers Plumbing is the place to go. Ask for Adam. Young guy is professional and polite, and his costs are fair.
