We called the company that installed it and the technician that came out told us the warranty was voided because of rodent damage. There was no rodent damage. He could not figure out how to remove the cover off the unit in order to find the broken piece inside. After charging us over $200.00 for the call, he said he could sell us a whole new unit. We called Bramm for a second opinion and Sean came out and found the broken piece and then called Fujitsu and was informed that the part was available and still under warranty. Unfortunately, the warranty could not be transferred to another installer. We had absolutely no resolution from the original company so we hired Bramm to secure the part and fix our unit. We are thrilled that the unit is now up and running thanks to Sean and Bramms great work. We highly recommend this wonderful company for any of your heating or AC issues.
