I was told there was an issue with the water softener and that they would contact for a service appointment. They never did. I had to reach out to them, and they have course came out to the appointment. They didn't tell me anything that they had done, left, and charged me $200. Surprise - it didn't even solve the problem. I had to wait until my new water softener was here, but I was thrilled to call and tell them to kick rocks.
