Worst and waste of my time and money. I came in April because of a headache I was experiencing for…read more3 weeks. I was seen by Alessandra Zimmerman. She is really nice. She recommended that I get an MRI asap and it's the only way to know what's going on inside and determine what's causing the headaches. It was a Saturday and the nurse recommended that I walk in the emergency room of Intermountain hospital in Round Valley and tell them I need an MRI. So, i went. The woman at the ER called someone from radiology to talk to me and I looked really stupid. She said the MRI has to be requested by the nurse or the doctor and. Prior authorization from the insurance company is required. So I came back to the Redstone clinic and told the nurse what I was told at Intermountain. He said since it was a Saturday, he will do the request to my insurance company. It could take 2-3 weeks. 3 weeks passed, I did not get a call or anything with regards to the MRI. Out of curiosity, I called my insurance company. They said no one has called for a prior authorization for my MRI. I asked if I could request it myself. i was told the doctor or the nurse has to call them. I went back to the Redstone clinic. This is 3 WEEKS after I was first seen. 1 month and 2 weeks of headache. The woman at the reception could not get anyone to come out and talk to me. Instead she gave a record that an MRI was requested. It was requested on paper but no one really did anything. After multiple phone calls, they said they already sent in the request and someone from Park City Radiology will call me. The next day i got a call and she said they could schedule me for MRI. I asked if there is a prior authorization approved by my insurance before we schedule anything. She said there is no prior authorization done and they dont even have my insurance information. So I called my insurance again. Same thing they told me a month ago - the doctor or nurse has to call them and do the prior authorization and it could take up to 48 hrs to get approved. I gave up calling and being passed on here and there for the MRI. Good thing my headache was gone after 2 months. No MRI was done and I didn't know what happened why I had almost 2 months of headaches everyday. Who knows if its gonna come back. But I will never go to the same clinic. Clearly, somebody did not do his job to call my insurance company to request for a prior authorization for the MRI.

I love this clinic! I especially like my doctor, Dr. Sandra Van Leuven! I love the MyChart feature…read morethat lets me easily communicate with my doctor or the clinic! The location is very convenient also
