If it hadn't been for her, I would have had a baby at home or in the car on accident. My nurse caught my baby because of how fast labor progressed, my dr made it right after my baby was born. All of my wishes for my delivery were respected and I felt so supported by my nurses and Dr. I love that I wasn't moved rooms after delivery. The rooms are so big and comfortable. My baby was put under lights for high bilirubin and he was able to stay in the room with us. The staff that come in to clean the rooms were also very nice too. I really did not have a single complaint about the experience I had. The lactation consultant came in and made sure my breastfeeding journey got off to a good start. Shout out to my doctor, Dr Orr, who was so respectful of my birth wishes. Things I thought I'd need to fight for were followed without complaint or bother. I knew what I wanted for my birth and she made sure that I was well informed and she respected every wish I had. Shout out to the amazing nursing staff, especially Chelsea who caught my baby and encouraged me through a surprise natural delivery. I wish I had gotten the other nurses name through my delivery, but I didn't. My postpartum nurses were great; Chelsea, Tristin, Mindy, Irina, and Connie. The ladies who came to clean my room were also very nice; Kenzie and Amanda. The food was amazing too! Who knew a regular menu item at the hospital would be steak or salmon. My husband said the salmon was the best salmon he's ever had. Also, roasted almonds with breakfast, mmmm!

The front desk staff and sloans nurse where Sloan works is unbearable though as well, I do not recommend to anyone who has any dignity for themselves.

He is very patient, kind, and has wonderful bedside manner. Of all my pregnancies, this was the smoothest, and it was also my easiest delivery thanks to Dr. Epstein as well as the incredible nurses and staff at Riverton Hospital. Sherrie was also wonderful during all of my prenatal appointments. She always kept me informed of everything going on, and she was so pleasant to see at the beginning of every appointment. I can't recommend the Dr. Epstein and Sherrie team enough and even though we are moving soon I will make the (almost) hour long drive to make sure I continue under their care. 10/10

It was great! 2022 - I was not called, texted or sent a reminder card for my annual exam. I was concerned that they lost my information. I am proactive in my health care - I called the office to schedule my annual exam & I learn new information. I am informed that annual exams are no longer necessary. If precious screening is negative - I can be screened every 3 years now. This might be new protocol. I accept this medical advice. I am 53 years old and I have always had OBGyn doctors pre schedule for the follow year annual exam. with post cards, texts and phone calls. it's a sign of the seriousness of this annual exam. additionally- I'm a breast cancer patient so I followed up this year with my oncologist -who insisted that I get an annual GYN exam. My oncologist had not heard of periodic - every 3year-pelvic exam. I called RJWH and made my annual pelvic exam appointment. I told them that my insurance changed. They assured me that they honor my carrier. Today -when I showed up for my appointment -I was told that JRWH does take my insurance- but not my specific plan. I had to go on my insurance portal and find a new OBGyn. Now I am a new OB patient - at a new office and new patient appointments are 3 months out! Note to : Front office- all patients should have insurance verified before appointment. Patients in cancer treatment should be screened.

There is plenty of seating in the front area, so it's nice not to be crammed into a tiny waiting room. Dr. Linh Moran is my doctor, and she is great! She has a really warm personality and takes the time to explain things thoroughly. I feel like she genuinely cares about my concerns and my health. Her PA, Meagan, is also super friendly. I normally dread doctor visits so I'm glad to have two great people handling my pregnancy. I really like the website this office uses, MyChart. It allows you to schedule appointments online, view summaries of past visits, and for the doctor to post test results online so you don't have to bother with phone calls. It really streamlines the process. I had to get my blood drawn after my first appointment, and I was surprised by how quickly they called me in. The blood drawing went quickly, too - I was probably in and out in 5 minutes. Both of the technicians in the room were friendly and kept talking and asking me questions to distract me from getting my blood drawn, which I appreciated.
