If you ever call them, that's ANOTHER time that you'll be immediately put on hold and forgotten or either hung up on. Thanks for saving me a few pennies over the years but, I'm outta here. This is strictly a problem of not enough staff, lack of updated technology and owners that are in business only to make an extreme amount of money. The owners could care less about the needs of the customer even in emergencies. If you try to call good luck on getting someone over the telephone. If you need a prescription refilled they refuse to contact the doctors office and force the customer to do so, although most pharmacy's do this. Don't ever try to pick up medication through the drive thru window unless you have a good book to read and lots of gas in your vehicle. In the past the prices may have been a little lower than some other pharmacies but I do not find that this is any longer true.

Which leads them to have brand new, brightly lit, nice looking grocery. But apparently it leads them to configure this unlike any other grocery I have been to. Besides the building itself, the biggest difference between this location and others I have been to was the produce. They had an abundance of beautiful fruits and veggies. I was shocked at how good everything looked. With Winn-Dixie now closed across the street and Publix still being on the pricey end, it looks like this is my family's new go-to when in Dothan.

I had her meds transferred to another pharmacy and Ashley stated "Well damn, I'm glad to see her leave" and the other workers started laughing. This pharmacy is very ill-bred towards customers, even giving out the wrong meds to us on several occasion. These people mix peoples medications up that could cause deaths and laugh about it. They do not care whatsoever! I was given the wrong thyroid medication multiple times and the label wasn't properly attached this last time. I do have proof. These people knowingly gave Walgreens, when they called to transfer my mother's perscription, another person's medication and information. At what point is enough enough? They are unprofessional, and have every intent to cause harm through negligence. You can verify this with Walgreens. Christina, from Walgreens, called me trying to get my information because the neighborhood pharmacy kept giving her someone elses. They need to be investigated for giving people the wrong medication. They are playing russian roulette with peoples' lives. When I told them that I was going to file a complaint because of how nasty they are, the walmart worker Don nonchalantly stated "Go right ahead. that's your right". You could hear people laughing in the background after he said it too. They feel they can talk to people however they please but can't handle it when they get it back.
