A minimal amount of research can provide this information. Even with COVID, businesses we purchase from are responcible for our basic safe and well being while patronizing the establishment. This location lost a star due to the inadequate stock, operation, and lack of compliance to modern COVID health safety measures. I am certain this is the rare event, when management simply overlooked their employees distraction from these new guidelines. I will return. P.S. They are a pharmacy too.

So, now 200 of my minutes trying to get an answer to 1 simple question and I still haven't heard anything. All I want to know is CAN MY HUSBAND PICK UP MY PERSCRIPTION?????!!!! So, I called, they wanted me to enter my DOB, so I do, then they tell me, they have NO RECORD of me. I've been with them for a year, filled my prescriptions multiple times and they have no record of me?

I went into their establishment on 29 September. I got some medicines and I left. I was supposed to use three of these a day for 14 days. If my math serves me that would be 42 of those products. I started taking them when I got through with the first box I noticed that there was just 12 in it I had another box had 12 also that number come out to 24. I believe everyone would agree that is short of 42. I called this morning October 3, 2022. Spoke with a young lady told her what was going on she said it said on the box they owed me 10 there was nothing on the box, And even as 10 was correct that would be 8 Short. So she said hold on she came back and said she would give me an additional 24. Now if mass serves me now we have too many 48. I tried to explain to her that she said again hold on. Another lady come on telephone with an attitude. And if people ask how can you tell? Folks you can tail! And her voice was different than the first lady so I asked if this was a different lady she said yes and said I came on because the other lady said I was talking over her and would not let her speak. If that is the case it was because I was trying to make sure she understood that she had the numbers all confused and there was nothing on the box that said they owed me and again this number was wrong 10 . So I asked to speak to the pharmacist and instead and I don't care if he's the owner or not Brett or Brian or Blake or whatever! He came on and again I tried to explain to him. He was extremely rude I was trying to tell him about the number situation and that if they could not even get the numbers right in two occasions do I have the right medicine? Which of you out there if they gave you a numeric number that did not equate to what she was supposed to get, then incorrect and yet they offered you too many what would you do? Common sense it has to call into question the professionalism of the pharmacy! Then the owner says I'll just give you 24 it's not a controlled substance, and I told him I did not want 24 I only wanted 18! Folks if they State that I was rude that is a blatant lie! The way they spoke to me and that owner whatever his name is hung up is unacceptable behavior for a businessman and an adult. And when I say adult I use that term extremely loosely! I have contacted the VA patient advocate! When I was speaking to them if it was interrupting them it was because I was constantly getting the wrong information and I take 41 pills a day and it gets confusing all I wanted was what I was supposed to have so that I would know what to take and for how long as prescribed by my doctor! Fellow veterans and people in general I would with my opinion in my experience with his very unprofessional group again from my experience I was severely call into question their business mannerism and their knowledge of what they're supposed to be doing! If they cannot even get the number right not once or even twice think through that, if they're so inapt how could you be assured that they give you even the correct medicine? So sad they would treat a veteran in this manner!
