CVS has been a staple in my communities. Basic health care essentials are plentiful. Minor emergency needs for travel and recreational activities can be found as well as modern technologies which we all use today. Most times prices are comparable with others. A minimal amount of research can provide this information. Even with COVID, businesses we purchase from are responcible for our basic safe and well being while patronizing the establishment. This location lost a star due to the inadequate stock, operation, and lack of compliance to modern COVID health safety measures. I am certain this is the rare event, when management simply overlooked their employees distraction from these new guidelines. I will return. P.S. They are a pharmacy too. read more

You can't get ahold of anybody on the phone!!!!!!!! A simple question, all I have is a simple question and I spend 10 minutes pushing buttons on my phone to leave a message for a call back within one hour, I go to the bathroom, miss the call and have to start this dang process all over again! So, now 200 of my minutes trying to get an answer to 1 simple question and I still haven't heard anything. All I want to know is CAN MY HUSBAND PICK UP MY PERSCRIPTION?????!!!! So, I called, they wanted me to enter my DOB, so I do, then they tell me, they have NO RECORD of me. This is the worse pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I am changing pharmacies ASAP!!! Constantly screwing up my orders.

Staff can never be found and lied about having propane (hint you can physically see new tanks in the cage. )

Basically had no Arizona Teas stocked but asked Cashier Angelina who found some for me in the back.

Always friendly and efficient pharmacy staff who will go above and beyond to help. Only 4 stars because its a 50/50 crap Shoot if they have the Rx the same day i drop off the Rx slip. They dont carry the volume needed for community and i end up having to trek over to walmartian land. read more

That Eric guy. Why does his breath stink. Management needs to do something about it. I always smell his breakfast when I go to buy my morning alcohol. This morning I smelt bacon and coffee. Not even the good coffee. I am disgusted. I went in yesterday afternoon for the paper and his hair looked like he used bacon grease. I think I got a jolly good whiff of bacon just from his head. This store is never fully stocked. So many empty displays and the employees always seem to be too busy to acknowledge you. Anytime I've had to make a purchase that requires age verification at their self checkout (because nobody mans a register anymore) I have to wait several minutes - depending on who is working, they're busy joking around instead of stocking. The last time I went in I ended up paying full price for something because I stood up front for 15 minutes waiting for an associate to help me with my age restricted transaction (Mucinex). I even called the store and the phone rang and and rang at the front and still no one. Turns out she wasn't wearing anything that would tell you she worked there and totally ignored the front of the store and she was maybe 20 feet away. I left the register and went to the pharmacy to get help and it turns out of you don't put your cvs card in you pay full price. The tech didn't ask me for my card and I was so irritated and needed the medicine that I didn't realize it until I walked back to my car. Listen people, i know football is a big thing around here, but i seriously do not appreciate that the people in the pharmacy stand at the drive thru window and talk about football to the people in line. I sat in line for 10 minutes the other day when i went to pick up my baby's prescription before i drove around and went inside. The same truck was at the window the whole time and all i hear them talk about is football. And the man completely ignored the fact that he had other customers waiting on him. CVS has always been the least efficient pharmacy I have ever used, based on multiple stores spanning 3 states and also their mail order service, but today's ineptitude threatens my health. I called in 2 refills 3 days ago-eye drops that my opthamologist reauthorized 90 day refills last month, and my blood pressure med, also a 90 day supply which is wise given my compromised immune system and the coronavirus spread. I got a call today from the CVS pharmacy saying they had no refills on my eye drops. I told them no, my Dr has recently authorized 90 day refills. The associate said she saw it now, it should be ready in an hour. When I got there, another associate went into the same song and dance, checked her computer, and said she sees it now, but only gave me 1 bottle rather than the 3 my opthamologist ordered. She then told me they have no Losartin due to the recalls, that they've had them on backorder for weeks, and that I could search for it at other pharmacies because Cardinal is their supplier and Cardinal is not as good as the other suppliers. I paid and left, not thinking to ask why I wasn't told this on the phone when I was straightening out their 1st mistake. My insurance plan forces me to use CVS or I would never. If you don't have to use CVS, I suggest you don't. read more
