service is poor, any one person doesn't know what the other did. Some customer service / techs are just rude, and / or embarrassed to discuss medical issues; Wrong job for them. However, if you're lucky enough to get them, a few techs/service people are very helpful and nice. RX compounding is not consistent; That's scary! "Sometimes it works, other times it's waste of money" Hit and miss on calls back when Rx is ready. Prices are very high for compounding, in fact, almost 5 times the cost of what I paid in another state. Honestly, I'm going to use a higher priced pharmacy, due to the stringent quality control mechanisms they incorporate into their compounding procedures. I have little choice since moving to AL. Compounding pharmacies are a scarcity in AL. Good luck read more

Re posting for current as well as potential customers. Worst experience I have ever had. If you take anything from this - do NOT support companies who are discriminatory. The female pharmacist was absolutely disgusting. I have no words for this childish pharmacist. I have never encountered an employee that was so out of line. She was laughing and when I asked her about the pricing and when I asked her to stop (even called her Ma'am.. big mistake) I was told "you don't tell me how to act and what facial expressions to use" she then went on to call me a brat in front of staff and costumers. After hearing this I did exchange a fair share of my own words. This was extremely inappropriate and disrespectful. This pharmacist was beyond unprofessional and lack of maturity. All of this because I had asked why and tried to get to the bottom of how the price had increased by 90%. She replied with something to the effect of "I'm not the one who makes the prices". She does not care about customers and probably just the easiest job she could obtain given her disgraceful customer service and little to no knowledge. She also withheld my medication with a personal refusal to sell my medication to me. This is a crucial medication and was illegally denied to me. I have also read plenty of reviews that they are extremely racist, impatient, and inefficient. I ignored all of the red flags and continued to peruse them. Fantastic customer service and friendly employees is why I give them 5 stars. I was in town to help my grandparents with some things around their house in preparation for my grandfather who is recovering for surgery. We were looking for one very specific home health item, and could not find it anywhere in town. After calling around to a few places, we thought we found it at Doctors Center Pharmacy. As it turns out, we were not on the same page about what we wanted specifically. But upon arrival, a very friendly lady at the front was happy to assist immediately. Once we realized that we weren't talking about the same thing, she was willing to grab her catalog and sit down with us to make sure we got what we wanted. Since time was of the essence, they were able to get us our item within 1-day and it didn't cost anything extra. They called when it arrived and we were able to pick it up, pay for it, and out the door within minutes. Overall a fantastic experience and I would recommend them for the search of any home medical equipment. read more

I have quite a few prescriptions to be filled monthly. I was going to a well-known pharmacy closer to my home. In talking to one of my doctors, who knows that I have a limited income, he suggested that I try Doctors Center Pharmacy. First of all, the prices of my prescriptions at Doctors Center are almost 1/3 of the prices that I was paying at the other well-known pharmacy!! I live in Ashford, and it is still worth my drive to Doctors Center Pharmacy to have my scripts filled there. I also want to add that I've honestly never been to a pharmacy with quicker, friendlier, and more personal service than Doctors Center Pharmacy. read more
