The beer selection really wasn't all that great, but that was something to be expected. However, it wasn't particularly crowded, especially considering the time of year when I ended up here. In a way, it is still a nice and relaxing pub in which to have a nice beer.

The staff were jovial, chatty and very eager to please. The meals came out expediently well portioned and despite the fact that Coopers was not available, the drinks choices were above our expectations.
